I recently went into the office to ask if what they had available. The women at the desk gave me such an attitude. She wouldn’t even look at me or say hello thank you nothing. She handed me paperwork and again without even looking at me says, while rolling her eyes, “you’ll have to make an appointment online”. Zero customer service skills and made me and my kids feel so uncomfortable. Definitely don’t want to come back to make an appointment.

The lawn is overgrown and management refuses to cut the lawn. The community have over 60 complaints on the City of Lauderhill Code Enforcement site. Only 1 pool is working. The gym is a storage space for appliances and remains closed at all times. Not worth the money, trust me move somewhere else. You will regret moving here.

The new management at this property is terrible. The property manager does not communicate properly nor does she know how to listen. It’s sad to see this community go downhill since last management was here.

The management is professional and courteous! The maintenance team gets things done quickly! It's in a great location!

The apartments are a nice size. The management is always professional and friendly. The maintenance team responds to repair request quickly. I've never waited for service longer than 24 hours or less unless it happened on late Saturday after they have closed. Then they were at my place on the next business day.
I would recommend my friends and family to consider this complex is there a place of residence because it' comfortable accommodating and relaxing. I love it here.

It's very diverse here, and the community is centrally located to. The staff responds quickly to maintenance issues, and questions in general
I like the area specially the school in the neighborhood
The apartments are old, overpriced and roach infested. Something is always breaking in the apartment, cars are broken into and the office does nothing about it. People are constantly moving in and out, I have been here for 2 years and will not be renewing. The rent is increased $100 every year but no updates to the apartment. There are many apartments priced the same but much better.

I like the fact that even though we're next to a busy thoroughfare it's not bothersome,it's very peaceful and you get what you paid for,the community and the garbage areas are clean,the staff listens to complaints and act promptly,I am a happy tenant hope it doesn't change

I love the area and the staff is courteous and helpful. The area is also quiet.
it is close to the school we wanted our child to attend. Monica was a great help to help us understand our options.
This apartment complex is high quality and it is a pleasure to be part of the community
Over all everything has been great. Sometimes that's hard to find.
The only re-occuring problem I experience is your renters insurance is unprofessional and never seem to get it correct.

The layout of my home is very nice. I have lots of room and the storage area is a plus for my little extra items without cluttering up my living areas.

Too expensive, appliances not up to date, trash fees keep rising every year, carpeting only; had to pay for water;

The apartment is old and needs some updating. Whoever you hired did a terrible paint job. There is paint everywhere and the apartment was filthy with mold and dirt when I moved in. I had to clean the bathrooms twice before I could use them.
The area is safe, staff and people friendly, grounds kept clean. The rent could be a little less expensive but overall great
The maintenance personnel in all of my experiences come over in less than 8 hours. I had to call emergency on a Saturday night because my air went out. He was at my place by 11:00 Sunday morning. I thought I would have had to wait until Monday but I did not. They really respond pretty quickly. My apartment is really roomy. Management is always courteous and professional.It's home for me.
I would not recommend this complex because the apartment was not clean upon my arrival which i do not believe was a reflection on maintenance.
Living here is a pleasure....like I have said previously, I had recommended this apartment complex to a friend of mine a little while back and now her and her family reside at this complex! I love it here. Its clean and quiet.

Lived there for over 4 years, and just recently broke my lease due to someone/persons making several attempts break into my vehicle, and leaving 3 of my 4 vehicle doors inoperable from the outside. Also had break-ins from the porch, as my screens were slashed and belongings stolen. New management team is not engaged to the surrounding environment. Drug activity at the pool and vandalism tend to be overlooked. This wasn't the case the first few years I lived there. Now, I received a letter stating that I owe for damaging the washer and dryer in the unit I moved out of. Clearly the current management staff is clueless, as the agreement on my original lease has them removing the existing washer and dryer, and I supplied my own. There was no washer and dryer to damage, as I took MY washer and dryer with me. Was contacted and informed I owe for stealing the washer and dryer, and to tell me that all the (then) associates that assisted throughout the years were terminated. Cathy and Stacey(mgr) the leasing agents and Bo the lead maintenance custodian, were unable to be contacted to confirm. Avoid renting from here at all cost.
Office staff sucks.. Place is gross... Too many school kids hanging around being noisey... Way too over priced!!
