The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Cimarron Place Apartments
This place cashed my deposit even before I signed the lease! When I changed my mind, and, decided against signing the lease, they refused to give me my deposit back, even when the apartment wasn't going to be ready until a week later! I don't see how anyone, in good conscience, can treat others like that! Also, per the lease agreement, if bed bugs ever come into your apartment, for whatever reason, the renter is responsible for all extermination costs and even for lost rent of other renters in adjacent units if they have to be temporarily relocated during extermination! That can cost a renter thousands of dollars in a hurry! This complex places too much liability on the renter, in my opinion, but, if you're feeling brave, go ahead and rent from these people!
I have lived here for 4yrs and cannot imagine living at any other complex. The staff is awesome and are always trying to help out any way they can. Maintenance is always on top of their stuff. I am fixing to sign another lease!!!
Love this place great community. The staff are so nice, clean apartment complex no problems whatsoever. Recommend this place.
Really calm community, nice apartments I enjoy being here. I do recommend this place nothing bad to say.
Never over look the outside of this apartment. This place is pretty nice especially the town house layout. Getting a bang for your buck is very true when it comes to these apartments.
New to this oil town. You dont really find anything thats worth your time, hard earned money . rent everywhere here is high. But with a GREAT staff (stephanie & other girl "iforgot her name") lol has made this stay very unforgetting. Which is why im renewing my contract. I love that maintenance is always on the ball. Or if you go to the office with a question or a problem the staff is very prompt. These are very old apartments but dont mistaken that for the hard work they put into maintaining and getting more upgraded units. Another bonus is the space in thesr units. Very spacious. So you are getting your moneys worth ! I wouldnt think another second about renting from cimarron!!! Thanks ladies!!
We didn't get a chance to view the interior of the apartments, but we did get to look around the property. We could tell that it was well maintained. The grass was freshly cut, most people had flowers growing on their patios, and there was a work crew doing work on the exterior. So you can tell that the residents and staff actually care about their property. When visiting Odessa we didn't get a chance to look at many interiors because all were full but all the properties did not look as good as Cimarron Place, especially with the prices they were offering. We did put down a deposit even though we never got to look inside.
