Property Ratings at Cielo Vista Apartments
I lived here for a year, the management team is very responsive via email or phone call. All of my maintenance requests were handled promptly. Management makes sure to cover all items of the lease with you when you move in so there are no misunderstandings on what is/ is not allowed. I have nothing negative to say about living here, it is a beautiful property
only care about how much money they can make. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.
The apartments are well insulated such that it’s not too cold during winter and it’s cool during summers. It feels like you’re coming to your vacation home. In-house laundry is the deciding factor because of convenience. Property managers are very warm and accommodating to tenants, and maintenance requests were never a problem. Tenants are all friendly and polite with each other. Parking was never a problem here. Gated community, with very cozy and newer, well-maintained units.
Beautiful simple apartments with great customer service. All appliances included! The fitness center is small and nothing to rave about but a nice feature for a simple workout. Quiet small community. Not huge floorplan but storage is plentiful. Kitchen is a good size and not narrow as other small apartments.
