Property Ratings at Churchill Lofts
I moved out after 6 months; several other residents didn't wait as long. Super easy to hear almost everything your neighbors are saying, dogs barking, TVs, etc. No insulation in the roof; you can hear pigeons up there pecking around. Wind blows right in through the 100-year old windows making your utility bill spike. Elevator and hallways poorly maintained, and good luck if you need maintenance. I waited 2 months for some tickets, then they were just closed. The pictures look great, living there is an entirely different story.
