I lived here for a little over a year and had no complaints, especially for it being my first apartment on my own. Maintenance always came quickly when needed and fixed any issues on the spot. The office/staff are friendly, and Allison always worked with me if I had any issues. Moving in and out was a breeze, and I feel like everyone was very professional. I would recommend and I would have continued to live there if I hadn’t had to move states due to work. Thanks for a good year!

Maintence is quick. The office staff are nice and helpful. The appliances are outdated. Make sure when you are going to view the apartment you ask to see the one you are moving into. I made the mistake of only seeing the model and i was very disappointed when i saw what i got. The wood under the sink is warped so everything falls. Instead of cleaning they paint everything including the tub so after a couple months the mold starts to get through the paint and it also flakes off. The ac unit is always breaking and when it does work its running constantly. My apartment never got below 71. The carpet is very old and outdated. The rooms are triangular and makes it hard to use the space. Parking can be a pain at times for example when people from Treyway apartments come to use the pool they use up the space. When it rains the sidewalks get flooded so you ll have to walk in a couple inches of water. And depending where you live the dumpster can be a long walk.

Overall it's a nice place to live the only cons are the appliances are very outdated and everything is cheap! When moving in they don't clean all they do is paint over everything, including the bathtub! Which is nasty! And I feel it's a bit overpriced for what you get I've lived here for 2 years and in that they've raised the price over $50 and have done no updates except useless things on the exterior that didn't need redone.

Great closet space, fast maintenance response. Office staff courteous. Bedroom & main room are spacious! The Office is open on Sundays; an-online website!

The ladies at the office are always smiling and nice. They are very understanding if u have a situation happening. They are always on top of everything. Maintenance is 24/7 so even if you have a situation they are there to help u out. The building is always changing for better ??
