So far good. Community seems nice enough. Neighbors are friendly. I haven't tried the amenities yet but they appear to be kid friendly and welcoming.I like to convience of this location to shops.
I like living here. The reason we’ve stayed so long is because the office and maintenance staff are really great which is hard to find in an apartment complex. Love the pool every summer also, Timothy and Drake do an amazing job keeping it nice.

Everything has been great so far! The community is quite dog-friendly and offers nice amenities. Grocery stores, restaurants, and a gym are close by.

The staff and maintenance are great. The property is well kept and I feel safe here. The only issue I’ve had is the upstairs neighbors are extremely noisy.

Everything is very tidy and clean. Close to all the trade, close to downtown. The only thing I don't like is that they close the pool as soon as (September) and open it very late (May).

I was grateful to be living in the Chimneys apartments during Hurricane Helene as I lost power for only 36 hours compared to other locations. Tim from Maintenance is very professional and helpful in taking care of various maintenance issues.

I would give zero stars if I could. The community’s response is going to be to advise me to contact the office. I have done that many times and got the brush off each time. It’s noisy and dirty. There is a smell of drugs in MY home. People do not leash their dogs OR clean up after them.

I just moved into the Chimney community and I love it! The few maintenance problems that I had were addressed within 48 hours. The gentleman that came was very friendly, efficient, and cleaned up any mess that might have been made.

Response times to any issues I've experienced, which aren't many at all, are promptly addressed. The entire staff are so helpful and answer questions in a prompt manner.
My home is loud with traffic from the road & from upstairs neighbors. I have had many concerns in the time that I have lived here and the administration does little to address those concerns. I plan to move as soon as possible.
I love living at the Chimneys. The electric fire place is so nice and cozy in the winter. And the pool is nice and large in the summer. Generally, the residents are all kind and respectful of one other. I love that children are out playing in the evenings. A very safe and family friendly atmosphere over all!

I love living here. I feel at home, and my dogs enjoy the space they have to feel comfortable in our home. It’s been a struggle lately with some life changes, but Liz has been super supportive and helpful. I love the community and feeling close to nature. It really is a great place to live.

It is very quiet and peaceful here. Liz , Genesis and Mr Tim are so nice . I’ve been here since December of 2022 and me and my son feel safe here. We can play at the playground leave packages at the door and there be no issue .
The community here is amazing. I love the openness of the parking lot meaning the trees aren’t hovering over the entire complex to where it’s hard to find sunlight. All of the staff is amazing I’m not sure of everyone’s name, but I know Liz, Mr Tim , Genesis and there is another woman upfront (I can’t remember her name) and she’s so sweet and I love her glasses and white hair she is AWESOME! Mr Tim the maintenance man is ALWAYS willing to help in urgent situations and he’s so nice. When I first moved in he sat and talked with me my mom step dad and child as I was getting settled in and he made me feel so at home. I truly love this community and I’m so grateful for people like Liz and Tim for making us feel loved, safe, and protected. The efforts do not go unnoticed.
It’s very noisy and one or more of my neighbors smokes marijuana and I can smell it in my apartment. Even though it isn’t allowed all the office says is “call the police.” News flash, the police won’t do ANYTHING! I’m very allergic and has frequent migraines because of it.
I enjoy living here, there are minimal things I would complain about. Liz is very nice and tries to help with anything we may need. And the maintenance is nice as well

I love living here. It's quiet and within an easy drive to most of Greenville. I'm happy I found the Chimneys. The apartments are clean and well maintained. The maintenance staff is quick to respond to any problem and the office staff is kind, courteous and professional.
It was a fast and easy process and the staff was helpful and friendly. I like the area and the communication electronically and how everything is billed together and it is quiet .
Even before I moved here, I had always loved The Chimneys of Greenville, the design and layouts are great. The complex is always clean and the staff are extremely responsive to needs pertaining to my requests.
I have lived here for goin on 9 years! And they are over priced and old! I had to move to another building just to get an updated apartment. I don’t feel like It worth the hype.
We love our cute little apartment here at The Chimney’s! The price is right and in a great area of Taylors. Staff is friendly and helpful and neighbors are quiet and respectful. Would definitely recommend.

It is noisy and my apartment smells like marijuana all the time and the leasing office will not or cannot do anything. I was told it was quiet and that drugs are not allowed.
I enjoy living here and the staff are accommodating and welcoming. Maintenance deserves 5 stars alone, Tim is a very hard worker and always is a pleasure.
Just moved in and so far we love it! Liz is absolutely amazing and welcoming. I am excited to enjoy all that the Chimneys has to offer. My husband and our two daughters are really looking forward to the pool, summer-time hurry back please!

I've been living here nearly a year and have had great experience. The staff, and especially the maintenance staff, take good care of its residents. I've always liked these apartments since they were built and when looking for a home, this is the first place I started looking into renting.
