All studio apartments and 2 one bedroom apartments are fully furnished with a leather power reclining sofa with adjustable headrest; high-end mattress, box spring, and bed frame; large flat panel 4K HD television; and dining room table and chairs. The rest of the apartments come unfurnished to setup as you desire. Enjoy luxurious 9 foot ceilings, tons of natural light through brand new windows, rain shower heads, pull-down kitchen faucets, bedroom ceiling fans, built-in shelving in closets, lighting in closets, modern hardware, and many more high end finishes. Every detail was attended to including installing LED lights, low-E double-pane windows, energy efficient appliances, and energy efficient AC and heat with individual unit control - all contributing to reduced utilities costs. Insulation was installed in all interior walls for sound dampening throughout the building. There is a laundry facility on site with commercial washers and dryers that is available to tenants at no charge. Each unit also comes with a 5 x 6 foot storage unit on site at no additional charge. High speed fiber internet is available in all units and is included with your rent. There is a 9-camera security system with 24-hour monitoring installed on the property.
