The apartments for the age of the units are not bad, the most unique thing about the apartments is the management . maintenance is about average . But the management will go out of their way to help you if you have a problem paying the rent do lay off or illness. Thats unique in itself these days.my experience was that they were very understanding of my situation .And I greatley appreciate that.
Chez moi appointment is the nicest please that I have lived in Atlanta by far. the staff is always on time and helpful. I most definitely would and have recommend this place to friends and family. Very nice courtyard and BBQ area and in a very convenient place right of of 75/85 lots of shops and restaurants around.

These apartments is not so bad as people making it out to be. Maintenance pretty much shows up in a timely fashion, I use the Laundry also it smells like the last person that washed cause after I wash while I am washing it smells good. It be smelling like somebody washed pissy blankets. And it washes my stuff pretty good. Could be more washers and dryers working. And they reopened these apartments there old of course it fine have a few fixable problems let somebody know ijs you looked at your appartment before you moved in right? Okay then. It’s what you make of your experience because I never had a problem if I did it was fixed. They help people that need help having a had time finding a place I like that and work with you. People always tell the bad when their upset or not paying their part. Speak the good might discourage somebody that really needs help
Quite and safe place to live no problems with management
I had lived in Cobb county and ended up moving to these apartments due to financial reasons for two years. I must say a lot of people were afraid for me to move into these apartments because of the area, but I had a good experience. There was plenty of space and the rent was reasonable. There are security cameras everywhere and it's a gated community. I must say the landlords strictly follow their policies so if there is any mess going on they are quick to handle the situation. I would live out there again if I needed to.
