I've been here for 5 1/2 years and love it. The property is set back from the road, gated, and very quiet. I also like the size of the rooms. Being an older complex, the rooms are nice and large. If there is ever an issue that needs addressing, the Management Team is quick to respond. They are always very friendly. GREAT Customer Service!
I was interested in a tour/possibly renting, but the person I talked to on the phone became dodgy/hesitant when I explained I was self-employed. Said she would “have to talk to the owner”. If I meet pay requirements it should not matter. Anyways, maybe avoid if your work is unconventional.
Location is great and the property is well-maintained, however they are a bit overpriced for what they are. No washer & dryers and property is 40 years old.
