Property Ratings at Chestnut Place Townhomes
The living space is nice. Room size in the 3 bedroom is fairly equal. Of coarse the master is greater in size with a walk in closet. A little outdated with the cabinetry and the bathrooms. The maintenance is very medicore. It takes a few phone calls, complaining, and then more time for them.to show up. Gutters are clogged which makes our basement leak, which was brought to there attention many times. Flooring is installed incorrectly and unfinished. The rent is a little high for what you get. For what it is it is a nice space and open basement.
