Property Ratings at Chestnut Court Apartments
Caution...this property has new owners as of December 2020. Bad experience from local office from the beginning. Corporate seems to be good. Local office personnel and maintenance service leaves much to be desired from my personal experience. I have been a tenant for 15+ years and the prior owner and property manager rate 4 stars but seems that this new owner has not updated any of the information of ownership. In my opinion, it would seem that they are riding on a 4 star rating based on the prior owners. Please do not base your decision solely on my review as this is only based on my opinion and experiences to date. Sorry but I give this property 1 star due to feeling that the new owners either do not know how things are progressing here or they are not as caring of the property as I would like.
