Walls are paper thin, neighbors are a complete nightmare, management is non existent if you have issues. Sits right next to a dealership that is open late with loud trucks, engines and alarms. If you value your sanity avoid..
These apartments are 1 bedroom and some people have kids! Multiple! If you don’t like kids screaming or running around with thin walls keep that in mind. Your lucky if you get a quite neighbor. But, for the most part nice updated apartments. Cheap in a good location.
Place is decent and location is good. Only one bedroom place in Glenview I could find for under $1,000.
