Quiet and nice for the most part. Parking and plumbing are terrible. Need to flush toilets twice after every use. Maintenance is quick to respond

Everything was great from move-in to my first few months here! Had a few issues with just general wear a tear and it was fixed within 24 hours!
Great building with great neighbors. The kids I met have been polite and courteous. Having done laundry on premise the first time was awesome and easy. just wished my workout in the main building was just as awesome (work in progress). Overall I am extremely happy to have chose Chesterfield as y new home.
Overall a nice place to live. Parking can definitely be a problem, we had to rent a parking spot so my daughter and I wouldn’t have to walk across the complex at night . Neighbors are decent now thankfully .
Moving in, my neighbors were super helpful. Everybody is sweet and cordial. When I had a tiny issue with my cooling system, it was fixed so fast, I actually was surprised.. It has been a great community so far.
Like it here very much. Staff are all great. Nice neighbors. Well kept. Pool was fun. Easy to feel safe here. I would recommend to anybody

The staff has been very helpful. The maintenance staff is timely and efficient. I just do not feel that the apartments are up to date. I would have liked to see the apt that I was getting before moving in as I would not have signed the lease. What I was shown was completely diff than what I received.

Maintenance is very efficient. They are quick and they get the job done. However the apartment itself is clearly made cheaply. Oven door keeps breaking. Dryer has to be ran for like 3 hours to dry close. Walls are very thin, you can hear neighbors.

Nice enough place to live. Buildings are a bit old, but maintenance is always speedy. Parking can be annoying depending on what building you’re in. Close to stores, but not a ton of sidewalks for walking in the neighborhood.

My experience has been great at Chesterfield Apartments! Only suggestion would be to update the apartments. What I was shown was definitely not what I got. It was not bad, but I expected better based off the model unit that I was shown. The customer service has been great. Very good maintenance and clean apartments. Security is good. Maintenance responds very quick. Common are carpets are very dirty, they aren’t taken care off.

Chesterfield is a nice place to live and it's very peaceful at night time and I like the leasing people that's in the office they have some friendly staffed

Awesome place to live. I love how they do little things to engage with the residents. Such as Trick or Treating or the Alex's lemonade stand. We also love that there's a pool.
