Just moved in and Lilly at the leasing office has been a tremendous help with answering questions. From the application process to move in everything has been good.

Everybody’s awesome. Everything is smooth, easy and makes sense. Neighbors seem cool. My kids love it. Any maintenance issues I had upon moving in were taken care of abruptly without question and done correctly. The maintenance guys have been awesome and Johnny on the spot

The management team here is truly excelling in their efforts, delivering an outstanding performance that deserves high praise! Have been here 1 year and 2 months! I have no real complaints, and would highly recommend this property to anyone! The amenities are good, ground are well kept and the staff is top tier!

Great location the staff is really great they get to know residents and property is well maintained the maintenance team does good job of responding to issues and office keeps everyone up to date on what's happening and when

The staff is always helpful and maintenance is very good. There have been some issues with trash disposal but they seem to be on top of them.

Move in was a little rocky, and there was a weird incident.. but the staff handled all my issues with grace and they were so fast and responsive I truly am so thankful for the team here

As much as I want to be happy with the appearance of the complex, I’m finding it very hard. We have asked about power washing the hallways as they are disgusting with mold and stains. Looks horrible! Siding on buildings look terrible. Trash everywhere and compactor is always broken. They charge a lot of money to live here and I expect it to look better than this..

I absolutely love my apartment! It’s spacious, modern, and always filled with natural light, making it feel bright and welcoming. The layout is perfect, and everything is well-maintained. The location is also a huge plus, with easy access to nearby amenities and public transportation. It’s a quiet and comfortable space that feels like home every time I walk through the door. Highly recommend!

I have been living in Chesapeake ridge Community since 4 years , it has been great experience first I was living in one bed apartment, after my family grow I moved to 2 bed apartment. I was living in community since 4 years I did not think of moving to other communities because it is safe and secure . It is always very safe walk around community with kids I would prefer to live more years .

The staff is friendly and helpful. The amenities are wonderful, especially the days food is provided. Resident appreciation day was terrific.

This is a nice (expensive) place to live. Since you get what you pay for, the amenities are comparable. The staff is pleasant. They are always willing to receive and print emails for residents upon request. Allow computer use in the club house.

Office Management & staff is always great! Any issues are handled promptly. There are a few downfalls in the neighborhood unfortunately but is out of my control.

The process of moving in was very easy. it wasn’t as stressful with the staff checking in and making sure we were okay and reminding us of the things we needed to do.

Living here is quiet and comfortable. The ladies in the office are all wonderful and will make sure any issues you may have are taken care of.

It’s highly recommended community..overall experience is superb ..Neat and clean community..Management is kind and helpful..Neighbor hood is peaceful ..All amenities are here playgrounds ,pools ..enjoy all the seasonal events and festive here

Great place to live! The property is beautiful. They keep up with landscaping and always keep the residents aware of what is going on in the community.

I enjoy the quiet and privacy. The grounds are kept nice. Access to major highways are a plus. The management staff is polite and welcoming.

Lovely view from the balcony! Office staff always go above and beyond. Maintenance always takes care of work orders in a timely manner and all staff give a friendly wave when they see you out and about. Several playgrounds for kids and our pup loves to play at the dog park. Swimming pool is also refreshing on hot summer day. What’s not to love!

Moving in was super easy! The office staff at Chesapeake Ridge helped us out a lot and was able to accommodate us in a timely manner. The apartment is so spacious and has lots of storage. We love our new home.

Absolutely love this neighborhood! Amazing pool, friendly neighbors, lots of options for parks for my child, plenty of space to walk my dog, the community fire pit is amazing! And so is the dog park! Absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new apartment

Nice new turf on the dog park but some residents still do not clean up after their dogs. Management needs to come up with a better trash solution as the trash is often backed up in the trash compactor, and they got rid of most of the smaller trash receptacles around the community. Plus only recycling they have on site is for cardboard.

Since moving in last September it's been an amazing place to live my girlfriend and her dog have plenty of room and lots of amenities to go with the rent

I have left at the Chesapeake Ridge for five years now and I love the community. The pool is great and they keep the community clean and landscape nice. Maintenance guys are amazing and the leasing office girls have been great as well

Chesapeake Ridge is such a lovely place to live in the North East area! I love how close we are to the 95 interstate as well as a cute downtown area

Living at Chesapeake Ridge Apartments has been an amazing experience for my husband, myself and my son. For two years it was convenient for my son to get on the bus for high school. The office/maintenance staff are always so very helpful! I would recommend this place to anyone that desires respect and honest within a community!-Barbara H.

Great community very well kept the staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently. The location is very nice close to shopping and work. I been here a few years and it's a pleasure to be here.

Very welcoming and relaxing environment. I truly feel at home here, coming from a community that wasn’t very safe to here is a definite night and day difference.

Things are better. Some nights are still rough with the noise.. learning to try to live with it.. visitor parking on side seems to be a place to leave cars. Cars haven’t moved in months. Makes it hard when having company.. overall not a bad place to live.

Things have been great! We have had some minor maintenance issues, but the maintenance team has been quick to response and great!!!! The community here is great and beautiful!

I love living here. The apartments are beautiful, gorgeous pool, love the outdoor fireplace, and maintenance is the best I have ever experienced in an apartment complex.

Stephanie, the property manager, is so kind and answered all of my questions when applying. We had an issue right before move in and they were very accommodating. The residents are all kind and the unit itself is spacious!

The complex is definitely taking a better direction in up keep of property, kind responsible residents, and appearance. I do wish they would update the appliances in the units considering the monthly rent rate.

LILLY from the front office has been amazing. She is so helpful and kind through the entire process. My move in day was last week and it was seemless and they even left goodies for me! So sweet! I am so excited to be here at Chesapeake Ridge!
