Property Ratings at Cherry Hill Apartments
It's quiet for the most part, neighbors seem to been okay. Walls are a little thin but other than that I love it here. The management is great. Only problem I had was the air unit was going out in the summer, but they had someone come out as soon as they could. It's affordable and close to certain locations.
I love living here!!!! It is a hop and skip from my office which makes it even more appealing. Mischa, the office manager is super friendly and addresses any issues that my neighbors and I have. Last month, they even hosted a PIZZA PARTY! Not going anywhere because I can see that management cares.
I have been living here for several years and have never been happier than I am now. The place has New Roofs, New Paint and New Parking Lots. Now they are nice inside and out. I love the gated community it makes me feel safer and the New Manager is very professional and keeps the complex nice and clean. The onsite Security is on his job too. They don't allow people to just hangout on the property which I love. I may never move now.
I called this property yesterday because I was interested in renting a one bedroom apartment. The lady I spoke with was so extremely rude to me, that half way through our conversation I finally just told her I would look elsewhere for a place to live. I asked a simple question; how many apartments have the upgraded wood flooring in them? She completely jumped down my throat, yelling "why do you need to know that?" I stated that I wanted to know because I was interested in renting one. She proceeded by saying that I don't need to know how many apartments have the wood flooring, she only needs to have one available for me to rent. If you can get past her the disgusting woman that somehow still has a job, this place may be a great place to live. For me, I'll find a different place to live.
THIS APARTMENT IS AWESOME THE ROOMS ARE LIKE A SPACIOUS CLOSETS THE ONES YOU WALK IN AND LIVING ROOM AND DINING AREAS ARE SO COZY TO THE POINT THAT YOU DONT WANT TO LEAVE HOME AND THE COMMUNITY IS SO LOVING ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS THERE NO PLACE LIKE HOME IN THE RALEIGH SQUARE APARTMENTS..!!!!!LOVE THIS PLACE
