The ABSOLUTE best in JACKSON, TN....Very very spacious apartments....The office staff is SIMPLY AMAZING...Very safe and quiet community...I ABSOLUTELY ???? Cherry Grove apartments.
I just recently moved here and I couldn't imagine living anywhere else, especially as a university student. The staff is super nice and really do care about you and for myself safety was one of the biggest concerns and there hasn't been an instance yet where I have felt unsafe!!
Both of my sons attend Union University and live in Cherry Grove Apartments....I have been overly pleased with these apartments! I have never had to worry about safety issues within the complex. The apartments, grounds, and complex as a whole are very clean. The staff in the office is friendly and courteous! Any time that a call was made to have a repair done it was dealt with in a timely manner. I am thankful that the boys have each had a positive experience with their first apartments. As a mom it has been a comfort to know they are happy, feel safe, and live in a clean complex. It is a great location and close to the college, restaurants, grocery stores, and much more. I would recommend Cherry Grove to anyone!!!
We moved to Cherry Grove from northern IL. We absolutely love it here. We are seniors and feel we have found our new home. All of the staff are wonderful and very helpful. So glad we made the move.

Does these apartments come with a stove and fridge?
Roof Leaks in most of the apartments, Staff not very friendly when it comes to getting stuff done, pools are not open for very long nor are they heated. Random Dog droppings on the tennis courts, needs to be gated in for the cost of renting, rentals are not "perfect" upon move in and what I mean by that is there are holes that need to be patched, door jams that need repair, actual locks on the doors needed besides a deadlock... oh and here is a good one... a useless alarm system that can be turned off via a circuit breaker once inside...
