Home to Lee University and Cleveland State Community College, Downtown Cleveland offers a vibrant, attractive hometown. Established in 1836, Downtown Cleveland is a historic district with beautiful architecture filled with boutiques, coffee shops, restaurants, and antique stores. The unique Back Alley Gallery, located behind the historic opera house Craigmiles Hall about a half block east of Ocoee Street, is a public art display that's a must-see. At the center of Downtown, Johnston Park provides a shady area walk, relax on a bench, or attend an event.
Some of Downtown Cleveland's events include the Cleveland Apple Festival, the Main Street Cruise-In (a classic car show), the Downtown Dine Around, and the Downtown Farmer's Market. To learn more about the Ocoee region, visit the Museum Center at 5ive Points. The museum also hosts special events and exhibits, such as the Tennessee Artists Series and the History Happy Hour.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Cherokee Hills Apartments
How do they get any business they literally NEVER answer the phone!! We’re planning to move to Tennessee soon and I have been calling since last month to try and apply there. I get that they may get busy but if someone is calling that much there should have been some kind of response by now and still nothing!
They told me that I make too much money and I only make 12k a year if I get the amount of hours I get. I told her that I would possibly get more hours, and even if I worked 40 hours I would only get 23k. She told me that for sure the 40 hours is too much, but proceeded to give me paper work which was nice I guess. She came off extremely friendly but I could tell she was lying. I also asked if I could get paperwork for a 3 bedroom because I may end up getting 3 roommates and she told me that 3 bedrooms are not available, even though when I walked in and asked what was available she said 2 & 3 bedroom apartments. She even told me that the 3 bedroom would be open sooner and that’s why I asked if I could sign up for it. Super twisted. Gave it 3 stars because if you do get the apartment, it is pretty for the cost. At least from the room she let me see.

I have been here over 1 year. It’s quiet, comfortable, pet friendly and affordable. There are monthly inspections and maintenance is available 24/7. Very good experience. I would certainly recommend.

I am a single mother of two I work in a warehouse making the same amount of money that someone else makes and they live there but I was denied and got told I made too much money I went weeks driving over there no one was ever there I called no one would ever answer the phone got all my paperwork done in one day and finally 3 months later I get an email so I drive up and get told I make too much money I was working 8 hours a day making 14.40 an hour my paychecks come twice a month I make 900 a month can we do math just a little better this was my last resort because every where is 900 or more a month that is impossible with two children so I think there needs to be better management at least some one who will answer the phone and when you leave voice mails get back to you

Nice complex, nice apartment, decent prices, but they do monthly filter changes instead of allowing residents to do them.
The pool and playground are nice to have but the entire property could use some updating as crooked doors and outdated cabinets are cosmetically unpleasing. Rent is reasonable for apartment size, but monthly inspections can become a hassel especially when you have kids, and it is the only place we have lived that does monthly inspections.
