Property Ratings at Cheri Blvd
I have lived at Cheri Blvd for quite some time. It is close to work, shopping, dr appmts, etc. There have been many improvements done on the complex these past few years. Rooms are spacious, have plenty of storage, laundry facilities and assigned parking. The property manager and maintenance does a good job as well. On the plus side I enjoy watching the wildlife such as turkey, birds, deer and ducks in this quiet neighborhood in the city. I am very happy living here.
We decided to live at Cheri Blvd I'm 2014 because we were looking to move in quick and Fae made that happen! So many improvements have been made since we originally moved in - new roof, siding, A/C, doors and windows, etc. One thing I loved is the location because it's a was block from my work at the time, plus it's on a nice quiet street. Also, a 2 bedroom apt was offered right away, which was perfect for my daughter. They also are updating our washer and dryer at this time - which I am excited about! Naturally, with improvements came a small rent increase, but we expected that to happen - Improvements to any home isn't free. The main reason that Matt and I stay here, along with my daughter, is because of Paul, Fae, and John. They are awesome landlords and address any concerns very quick and efficiently. They set-up appts with you and are always there on-time and address your concerns during your appt time before starting another project or task. I would also like to note that my daughter has made many friends from the apt complexes and they have tons of fun playing together all the time. The back parking lot is empty which makes a great place for them to ride their bikes! Most tenants take the time to get to know their neighbors and with that our children stay safe..because we watch out for each others kids and have created a pretty nice safety net for them! Overall, Matt and I have enjoyed our last 8yrs with Cheri Blvd apts and we would like to take our time to thank Paul, Fae, and John for making that happen!
I've lived here for 2 years and I love it. It's quiet and peaceful. I find it convenient that all the shopping centers are just a couple miles down the road. It's spacious enough for just me and my cat, and the price is definitely reasonable compared to other properties that offer the same features and amenities. I won't be going anywhere else anytime soon. ??
I lived at Cheri for several years. The apartments were very spacious and clean and had on-site laundry facilities and reserved parking. The property manager was very nice and helpful. My neighbors were nice and quiet. I would recommend checking this place out if you are in need of a place to stay.
I’ve lived at these apartments for 4 years now n my granddaughter n myself r very pleased with our apartment. I have my own parking spot n they have a coin operated washer n dryer in the basement that’s very nice to have available. Our bedrooms r nice n big. We have a air conditioner in our apartment so it’s nice in the summer. The managers r very helpful when we need something done. We plan on being here for quite sometime
I live in one of the newly renovated apartments and it's great. Lots of care went into the renovation and everything looks great. They put in a gas stove and re-did the whole bathroom. Not a lot of kitchen cabinet space but plenty of closet space. Property managers are very attentive and respond to requests in a timely manner.
Cheri Blvd apartments is a home away from home for my boyfriend and I. We had moved up here so I could finish my schooling. I couldn't be more blessed that Cheri blvd apartments was our first home together. In regards to the apartment itself we were blessed with brand new appliances in the bathroom, fresh new paint in all rooms, new flooring and more. The apartments are greatly located in town. Being close to schools, stores, restaurants and more fun things to do around town. I am so blessed to have the opportunity of living here.
nice quite apt , clean ,like new windows and a/c . apartments are large room to move around and not run in to yourselves . love the east and west sun light in evening and morning . Paul and Fae are good in keeping up with th maintance and do a good job .
While searching for apartments in the Marinette area, even though no vacancies, the manager was extremely pleasant and helpful. It was fun speaking with her, since she updated me about all the positive changes in the area since I moved away and now looking to move back home.
