The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Chelsea Creek Apartment Homes
Chelsea Creek Apartments are excellent! The apartment is kept up to date and the grounds are kept well. At this point, several plants and large bushes need to be removed and replaced because of the severe frost we had. Im quite sure they will be replaced when the weather is stable. Do not wish to move to any other complex. Ive been here since 2005.
Maintenance guys are constantly working on the grounds and visiting with residents that they see. Extremely friendly and strive to do great work and keep is happy.
The staff is great! Jennifer is awesome, Vanessa is super knowledgeable and the maintenance is very prompt and polite.
I enjoy living in Chelsea creek apartments , I love the fact that offer payment plans for rent during the pandemic

Vanessa is always helpful whenever I call for assistance. Levan is one the best maintenance staff ever. He's timely and it is always done right the first time.

Thank you so much for the great review! We are happy to hear our team is providing a great experience for you!!
Its a great place. Great location. Definitely could have better security like a gate since it is by many gas stations and fast food places. But overall a pretty nice place for a very reasonable price!

Since moving here I have had excellent experiences with the office and with maintenance. They are always very friendly and quick to solve any issues or maintenance requests.
A quiet and safe place to live at a very affordable price. I have not had any issues with management, maintenance or even noisy neighbors in the almost two years Ive been living here. I would definitely recommend Chelsea Creek Apartments.
Way over priced and never feel at home or like they care about our problems. I work three jobs and its still not enough to cover all my stuff and pay the bill in that place

Thank you for the 4 star review! We are happy to hear you love your home at Chelsea Creek.
Moldy vents, roaches, new carpet left in the rain before installed, moldy bathrooms. Need I say more? Only good thing was the maintenance team.
It seemed like a nice place in pictures and when we visited but when we moved in it was completely different. I would not say that this is a safe place to live. There was recently a SHOOTING here. I cannot wait to leave. There has been men fighting, and yelling at each other in the parking lot and It sounded like they were throwing each other against some cars. It may be cheap, but there is a reason for it. I would rather spend a little but more and feel safe. The cabinets when we moved in were falling apart and disgusting as well as the closet, one of the rods was torn off entirely. Management seemed nice but they will catch you on whatever fees they can. Terrible customer service.
Really love the location. Except for a few small things, I really like it!!
This is the most bang for your buck. For a cheaper apartment complex it has all the amenities you need. My personal favorite is the tanning bed, swimming pool, washer, drier, and dishwasher, that I did not have at my previous complex that was the same price. Management is very nice and helpful. I am a single woman living alone and feel safe. I have had no problem with noise. I work the graveyard shift and am able to sleep during the day with no problem. If you are not paying for the Hilton, don't expect the Hilton.
I have lived at Chelsea Creek for 4 years. I rent the 2 bed, 2 1/2 bath floor plan on the first floor. I first chose it because of the large rooms and nice layout. Pros: Maintenance is always timely and friendly, plenty of sunlight from windows with large living room and bedroom, good location. Cons: Management has changed hands several times in the past year and no one seems to know what they are doing, they never seem to be happy working there, seem fake and I get incorrect information. The apartment is way outdated and no apartments are alike because of the occasional updates when they absolutely HAVE to make them are not made to all apartments, fixtures haven't been replaced for ages, the appliances are very old and don't work as well, the cabinets are warped and there are several years of paint on everything that is sticky and sometimes comes off on items left sitting on it or against it too long. They say they have large closets and lots of storage, but I never felt mine were big and felt if I didn't have a spare room (with no one living it in) I wouldn't have room to keep much. It is very drafty, I feel cold air hitting my hand as I open my door and I feel it's always very humid no matter how low I have the AC. I have lots of bugs in the summer, especially millipedes, I'll kill a few each week. This is either due to poor pest control or that the apartment is not properly sealed. At one point the tenant above me flooded their bathroom 3 times which dripped down over my tub and one time bad enough to make it to the bedroom. All they did was vacuum up the water and redo my ceiling...I can't imagine what is growing between the floors or how long before it collapses. The gym is ridiculous, only three pieces of equipment and a punching bag, also they are very cheap and tend to be out of order a lot, I never use it. People are loud and obnoxious and no background check was run when I first moved in, so I assume they don't still. You can hear every footstep above you and heaven forbid it is an energetic 3 year old, I did shortly and it was not fun since he bounced off the walls and furniture. I am moving out very soon.
