Chelsea at Five Points Apartments

Please move here if you want to pay for cops on the properly everyday breaking up domestic disturbances and gun fire not to mention the excessive parties and loud music. If you have a maintenance issue don't expect it to be resolved within a reasonable time and if it's an afterhours emergency you are screwed!! The management is unprofessional actually a joke if we are being honest. The grounds are not kept up the inside of the apartments are falling apart which allow for the the roaches and rats to enter and have a free for all. So, if this sounds like a spa retreat. ..by all means . Rent.

I have stayed here for over four years. This is a great place to live. The management is great and on top of everything. The maintenance staff are friendly and on the ball. When I report a problem, it is usually fixed that same day while I am at work. As a single mother, I have felt and have been very safe here. The property is under 24 hour surveillance. Video cameras are everywhere and criminals know that so they stay away from here. It is a tranquil place, quiet, and safe for children to roam and play. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The only reason I am leaving is because I am getting married (praise God!) and I have to admit, it is a little hard to leave! My daughter and I have made good friends here. I give this place my highest recommendation.

The office staff are great! They're very friendly and helpful. Location very convenient from downtown and south side. Plenty of parking which is always a good thing.

Chelsea is a great place to live, the whole neighbor hood is great. crime free!!! and the office management is wonderful. everything you need is closely located, it's and Island in it's self. repairs are done in the same day, no waiting. I am very pleased with this apartment complex. All the comforts of high end luxury apartments, with out the price!

I am a college student in savannah. Finding an apartment was hard at 1st but once I came across Micheal(our landlord) and Chelsea Apartments it became so easy. The apartments are lovely and affordable and Micheal is such a great person.

From the moment I signed my lease papers until I moved in its been very peaceful and quiet. The neighbors are friendly but most of all the landlord is very nice. He is very understanding and most of all easy to get along with. I have two kids and I can let them play outside with no worries. One of the best apartment experiences ever! Definitely would recommend Chelsea Apartments.

Transitions from living on campus to moving in to my own apartment was scary to me. I was nervous about it all but Mr. Michael gave me reassurance and answered any questions I had to the best of his ability. I've been here since May and I have no complaints so far. My few work orders were processed quickly and done correctly! Loving my first apartment thus far.
