The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Chelsea Apartments
This place is overpriced and terrible in quality. The unit I stayed in was moldy, with broken appliances and a bad water system. They shut water off at random times and never gave notice. Homeless people would gather near the parking lot and management did not handle any situation properly. Would not recommend to anyone.
The place was full of mold, adjourned with leaky ceilings that weren’t apparent at the time of move in (spoiler: they painted over it). This place is bottom of the barrel, located in a horrible spot, with horrendous parking.
Stayed here less than 3 months and there was a flood from upstairs that flooded our entire apartment downstairs, including the neighbors. Its developed mold and they have not done anything to clean it for us. We’re stuck in a contract but definitely will be moving soon. Cheap is not always better.
