I've been here a year and a half, been great. My son and his wife have been here for over twelve years. Quiet, clean, well-kept, and lots of activities provided. Great location to Old Town Scottsdale and Tempe Marketplace for shopping and entertainment and close to Sky Harbor airport for travel! Great place to call home!!

So far so good. Great location and great surrounding neighborhood. Close to grocery store and local bars. The park is convenient and the amenities are good too. Good apartment for the cost. Would recommend.

Great location, good staff, apartment condition is showing its age and could use some upgrading. Old dish washer with rusty rack, windows/doors that don't seal and makes AC run constantly, bug problem during summer, water usage seems excessive just to name a few issues we ran into.

Chazal has been great for 3 years now Maintenance is always swift and the pool area is typically well kept. Having the gym open 24/7 is a huge plus and it is never really too busy. Would recommend this place as an affordable option in a great location as it is close to everything in Arizona

Great place to live. First of all, it’s right next to a greenway with lots of walking paths. It’s nice and you can feel a little bit of nature even though living in a big city. Next, the staff at Chazal are great! They go out of their way to help you and are always friendly. The maintenance men are always so helpful and efficient. They respond really fast. The grounds are kept nice and clean. It’s really a good place!!

The maintenance team is great! truly a gem of chazal! the leasing office? not so much. they make it seem like asking for people or even trying to to say hi to them around the complex is the worst thing in the world so unfriendly. There’s lots of trash around the complex and of course the parking issues! there’s not enough uncovered parking for the residents which leads to you paying for a spot at $5 a night so the complex can pay for more pointless big rocks around the complex?

Chazal is a great place to live. It’s kept clean and maintenance is super fast and efficient. All the staff are friendly and seem to want to help. The apartments are right next to a big greenway that is great for walking or playing disc golf. If you have to live in an apartment it’s a good one.

Good for those who like a quieter community. Definitely gives the feel of a bunch of strangers living together vs an actual community feel. Amenities are a bit dated, as is apartments. Clean outside walking area.

Just moved in Oct 19th 2024. Yes very new here. So far so great. The quietness here is obvious from the leasing office all the way to my bathroom. I am having great night sleeps because of that. So thankful. I didn’t like the way some parts of my apartment look, spoke up about it and it was taking care of immediately. I have been seeing a pest control technician out often. That tells me they take care of their residents . Not to mention how clean everywhere is, and the kindness and professionalism of staff. If you had doubt about moving here, have peace cause it’s worth it.

I have lived at Chazal for almost 4 years now. It is by far the best renting experience I have ever had. Maintenance is great and responsive. I enjoy the location and neighborhood. Management is aware of most issues and does there best to help.

Chazal is a quiet community in south Scottsdale that is nearby a park that has nice walking paths, disc golf, and basketball. Good pool, gym, and apartments. Staff is friendly. Maintenance is done in a timely manner.

It's ok. Don't get close to the office manager of the maintenance workers, you should be fine. Nice park next door. Good location. Police station nearby.

I’ve lived here 5 years and have been very happy with this community. It’s right next to a big park. It’s so perfect for an early morning walk. Also, the grounds are kept clean and it’s very quiet. The staff are all friendly and always try to help with any issues. And maintenance is amazing!!

Great community to live in. Maintenance team is courteous. Management is great and informative. They hold community events monthly which is nice. Although parking can be limited, the community gym is on the small side, and the Amazon locker has some overheating issues during the summer. Overall great area.

Nice apartments that are close to a park bordering a river. Beautiful scenery with shops close by. Only thing I'd want improved is a more modern bath/shower.

Great staff, however we have moved in to sort of a half done job with leaks and dirt throughout. Ac is not working in the middle of summer, very hot!

I love the complex and want to keep living here, but the condition of our apartment is just so bad. Four sewer leaks at this point, water coming from the ceilings, every time it rains the windows leak water, etc. I'm hoping when our renewal comes up, we can get offered a different apartment. Everything else about the complex is great though.

We just moved in and so far so good!!! We love it so much, the place is great!!!! We have a great view of the pool from our balcony and it is far more spacious than I had expected!

Everything is good and looks nice except our neighbor keeps leaving their trash on our doorstep and we got some ants and we don’t even cook or have much food here yet. :/

Clean and quiet community! Management and maintenance are also very helpful! We had couple things wrong with the apartment when we first moved in and they took care of them very quickly! The location is also amazing!

Overall good, quiet, clean apartment complex. Definitely showing signs of aging/normal wear and tear, but management and property team have been working on the outer appearance. Maintenance staff is top notch, and explain things in detail when asked.

AC/Heater doesn't work in units which makes your bills high. Maintenance is a hit or miss. Staff is unprofessional and gossips. Big spacious apartments.

The property at Chazal Scottsdale is spectacular with amazing amenities and a safe, family friendly environment. The leasing agent that helped me was punctual, professional and polite.
