The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Chatsworth Park Apartments
wonderful place to live, new windows new washer and dryer in my building safe and very very affordable..
Went in there 6 mo ago to get my name on their mysterious waiting list. Lady took my name & info. Told her I was disabled & had legal documentation for my cat who is my emotional support animal. I went back in there recently to see where my name was on the list. The lady who initially took my name and put it on a sticky note with my information 6 months ago was in there with another woman who I had not seen before & as I was talking, opened this " Black Book" in search for my name. Just as the woman with the "black book" mentioned that she could not find my name on the list I looked to the lady who I met 6 months ago who had initially took my information. In a flustered breath she said "oh I dont remember you".. then in the next breath dared to say " you didn't tell me you had a cat". Sun facts you did remember me and the fact that I did mention I have an Emotional Support Animal. I always wondered why more blind people dont live their with their dogs due to lower rent & proximity to Blind School. They have only one tenant I was told. They met their quota to not get an ADA lawsuit yet their practices will soon land them one. Also..buildings real run down. My friend lives in their her oven wont maintain proper temp and is over 20 yrs old. They wont replace it. Also there are break ins there and the building entrance doors do not lock. Its a slummy area and I am glad things fell through.
