Property Ratings at Chatham Village
Easy application process, easy rental signing process, pet friendly. Easy move in experience but almost too easy. Put into a unit that was already on the market for greater than 14 days (greater than 30 days prior to move in) and the unit was not move in ready. Multiple maintenance issues have not been addressed having already been living here for greater than 30 days. Basically little to nothing done to the unit in a 60 day period. Office does not reply to multiple concerns expressed.
Cant wait to move out Ill never come back There no maintenance at all they dont do anything and the office is never available to answer any calls

They are overpriced. Everything you touch breaks. No lighting outside. No gated community.

Sometimes quiet but it depends on where you are located on the property, Professional Leasing Manager and Staff.. Adding Security or hire Residents to help out with Security. Friendly and helpful Maintenance Worker. Sometimes it's loud on the weekends or Holidays. But overall it's a safe Community for Persons with a Disability.

Property has gone down hill since taken over by this new company. Its very sad to see the decline and no one seems to care.

I do love my apartment , but hope it does change with Beztak because the outside already doesn't look as nice.I do love that we are allowed to decorate our patios and anytime I have a problem with an appliance it is fixed immediately our maint team is awesome.

The 4 and 5 star reviews for this complex have to be fake. The property is filthy and the unit we applied for is falling apart. Tour this property before you apply and/or sign a lease and waste your money.

This is a great community with great neighbors and a lot of amenities. Ive not had any problems since I have moved in with the apartment,neighbors,parking or anything else except the maintenance which could use some improvement.

I moved in and was told I had all new appliances, that was a lie. The apartments are poorly put together. The leasing office literally does nothing for you but charge you fees and point fingers. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!!!

We absolutely love CHATHAM VILLAGE APARTMENTS!!! And want to take the time in thinking Twanja (the property manager) for making our move in a success! The apartments are super nice inside out. The maintenance is wonderful, they are always on time with any problems or issues that the attendant has.The apartments have washers and dryers on which we love to have! Just want to thank the Chatham Village for everything!! We love living in this complex And we love that it's all electric. And that it's affordable in the bills for our utilities are super low. Couldn't ask for nothing more than that.And want to say Thank you once again to the Chatham Village Apartments!!!

I love living in this complex. It's quiet and due to the security gates safe more secure than other complexes I have lived in. The all-electric set-up keeps my utility costs super low as well.

Trouble with children in the area. Maintenance man is not appropriate. If you do have a maintenance issue he only half fixes it if at all. You have to stay on the office to get things done. Not have any problems with theft or break ins, nice quite place.
