Property Ratings at Chatham Parke
I lived here for almost two years. The property is gated, clean, and parking is never an issue. It is also a nice complex for afternoon walks. Maintenance is always quick to respond to issues. Easy commute to Robins AFB. Office staff was friendly and nice to work with.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I lived at Chatham Parke for two years and it was the best decision. Joyce and the rest of the staff are amazing! The property was always so quiet and pristine. There was never any trash and the community amenities were top notch. I had such an enjoyable experience at Chatham Parke and if you are in the market for an apartment in the Middle Georgia area, Chatham Parke should be the only option on your list. Highly recommend!!
