LIERS/CANT STAND THE PEOLPE THAT SMOKE

My husband and I have lived here a little over a year now, and last time I checked I've been paying the gas bill. The other thing, it says that is a smoke free builder. Almost have the people that live in that building smoke. I was pregnant when I looked at this building and I was told it was a smoke free building, my husband and I had a signed a paper saying that we didn't smoke. So of course, when we moved in the first thing I see is people smoking, I made a complaint and they told me that they knew about the people that smoked and that they didn't listen. Some time passed, the building got a new manager and I complained to her. She told me that because its a rent control building the tenants are allowed to smoke in the building. When she told me this I went to look at the contract and the page that I had signed that said no smoking in the building was not there. My new neighbors are four csun students who smoke pot almost all the time it seems. I live in the third floor and I could literally hear from the outside when someone is texting. I hate, truly hate that the person that showed me the unit in the building and assisted me with all the paper work withheld vital information. I was five months pregnant and they did not care to share that info. Other things that are not always working is the elevator, it sucks when you come from a 12 hr work shift and have to carry the baby to the third floor and have to make three trips to have everything with you, sucks!, they are constantly shut it off the water from 9am to 4pm. The units them self are specious. big walk in closet and bit room I have one bedroom unit and it is big.
