The staff here is amazing Aliyah is very pleasant she makes everything go by fast easy always pleasant and very easy going studio rooms are very spacious
I’ve been staying in one of the studio apartments at the Chateau, and overall it has been an exceptional experience. The unit itself is exceptionally clean, efficient, and thoughtfully maintained. A special shout-out to the front desk staff, particularly Aliyah, Arielle, Mariah, and Danny—they have truly made my stay here so pleasant: Aliyah always greets me with a warm, friendly welcome and assists quickly and cheerfully. Arielle is detail-oriented and unfailingly helpful; she goes the extra mile to make sure things run smoothly. Mariah is professional and approachable, handling inquiries with patience and clarity. Danny brings a helpful, calm presence and is responsive—he’s made everyday interactions effortless. Every day, this team contributes to a sense of comfort and trust by being professional, courteous, and efficient. They’ve turned what could've been a simple stay into a genuine feeling of being cared for. My studio apartment is kept spotless and well-organized, and the overall apartment complex feels safe, quiet, and impeccably maintained. Thanks to the high level of customer service and attention to detail, I’ve genuinely enjoyed living here and would warmly recommend these studio apartments to anyone looking for a clean, well-run, and welcoming place to stay from Xavier B.
Chateau mar is a great place to be. The ladies at the front desk Mariah, Aaliyah, Ariel, and Dana are great people. Always super helpful super friendly and provide great customer service. My stay here has been extremely pleasant anything I need they are more than willing to help and accommodate.
Modern and clean property with all the amenities including a fantastic pool. Grocery, liquor and Sawgrass Mills Mall are in close location. Definitely recommend.

The Chateau Mar offers a cool retro yet modern feel with many amenities onsite like a spa, a restaurant and a pool. I recommend this place to everyone. Great value for everything you get.
Not sure where to start. So many amenities even an onsite restaurant. The decor and history behind the property is awesome. Highly recommend staying here.
I love that there are 2 restaurants onsite! There are free bikes, a pickleball court, tennis court and basketball. There’s also a spa and a park nearby for walks.
