Property Ratings at Chateau Lakeside Apartments
I've been a tenant here for about 3 years now. It's been a delightful experience. The manager (Roceania) is great and has attended all of my needs, which is another reason as to why I decided to renew my lease with them. It's a quiet and friendly complex. Recently there had been couple upgrades such as new balcony fence and the entire building has been repainted, which in my opinion it looks great! I enjoy living here.
Enjoy living at this address for about 5 years now. Great manager who is on top of taking care of one's building needs. Very quiet building and the other tenants are respectful and are very polite. Pet friendly. The onsite gym needs some work and another treadmill instead of one. Large onsite laundry room and a nice size pool. Building is close to good schools and businesses. Overall, good location, a bit expensive due to fees but a great find for a family.
