I love living at Chateau Knoll! The on site office staff are always so friendly and helpful. Maintaince is resolved in a timely manner. Plus they are super smart and respectful. The two outdoor pools make the Iowa summers so much more enjoyable. They are constantly making improvements to the property. Chateau Knoll is a great spot to be!

Maintenance is fast! Always come up with a solution to any problem! Office staff is great as well!

Hannah and Chloe and the staff are very good people. I enjoy living here because everything is so convenient here and everything you need is close by.

The Pool Is Clear And High Quality, The Gym Has Good Equipment, And The Tennis Courts Also Have A Basketball Court.

The staff is always courteous. 2 pools, a tennis court, a basketball court, a fitness room, a business center, and an on-site wash/dryer in each building as well as the clubhouse. The property is vast. The location is centrally located to many shops, making it easy to pick up anything you need. The floor plans are laid out in such a way where it maximizes the space that you have and in Bettendorf, it is priced quite competitively.

Hi All, I would like to provide my experience about staff and community maintenance. I was planning to move from canada to USA and got referred by other friends about Chateau knoll apartments. I called management and enquired about the units available. With in few mints I got email from management with list of units and process to book review the unit. It was easy to find the suitable unit based on listings and quickly processed my application by management with required legal document s. After I moved to chateau knoll and roam around the community and concluded that I moved to right place to live with great community. It was clean and nice apartments to live with family. Also management conduct fun actives and other competitions to mimic with all people. Also rewards to participants in actives with encouragement. I can say best place to live in Bettendorf with family would be chateau knoll apartments

Hi All, I am sharing my experience as I live in chateau knls from past few months. I love community as it is well maintained greenery with clean roads. Kids also enjoy the place as it has amenities like play area and swimming pool with lockers provided. I like the units as well maintained with full of ventilation. Easy to raise maintenance request and with in minutes staff respond the requests and address the issue. So i recommend to chose the chateau knoll apartment to live with family .

I am so impressed with this place. My apartment is great and was ready for me at move-in time. I especially enjoy the green areas and established trees, and these common areas seem very well maintained. The office staff has been so helpful before and after move-in.

Management is very organized and made moving in a very smooth process. Arrived to a clean apartment with new carpet and fresh paint--- very pleased!

Chateau Knoll is a wonderful place, they have re-modelled the apartments with new interiors and looks great, good neighborhood for both kids and adults to hang out together, very fast on any maintenance issues. Good facilities of pool, gym, long walkway, the office holds nice events for children like easter egg hunt, rock painting, halloween, chalk competetion, food drive donation etc

Chateau Knoll is a great apartment complex for anyone! We have never had a problem that hasn’t been fixed within a few days, whether it was a major electrical problem or a simple light fix! This has been a major help and we never feel that our problems aren’t addressed. The area is quiet and in the perfect place to get to anything in the QCA, and the pools in the summer are a major bonus!

I've been living at Chateau Knoll for almost 3 years now and within that time we have gotten updated gym equipment, the tennis court and basketball courts were resurfaced, and we've gotten new furniture for our pools!

The buildings have older bones, but they are starting to update the interior of them. The grounds are clean and they try to move snow out of main driving ways as soon as they can. My husband and I also love how close it is to grocery stores, workout centers, and parks.

I absolutely love living at Chateau knoll, especially if you have kids and a good location for them. Evening times they can play on the tennis and basketball court. The building has an amazing location, walkable distance to Hy-vee. Good staff, immediate response for any maintenance request, the work order repairs have always been fixed the same day. One more good thing is the nearby school and bus transport available for kids. Overall, I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great, safe, and clean community.

I just moved in and everyone was very helpful and the apartment was very clean. Very fast signing process and approval. I would highly recommend for first time or first couple times renters.

I've lived here for about 4 years now and have had no real issues. Sure I've needed to call for maintenance sometimes but what doesn't need fixing eventually? They've always been prompt with fixing things and rent is affordable. I recently moved buildings (I wanted a balcony!) and was given then entire weekend to do so - most places would say you're out of the old and into the new on the same day. The Tot Lot in the pictures has been taken down but both pool areas are in excellent condition and a great place to cool off. The community clubhouse has a very nice set of gym equipment as well. Plenty of friendly neighbors as well. There's always folk out for a stroll that will readily smile and greet you.

This is a great apartment and the staff is really good.

Worst management ever...all they do was pull money from us...my advice was to stay away

I have lived here for a little over 12 years now and I appreciate the quiet neighbors, swimming pool, exercise room, computer room and the closeness of the laundry facilities - just down the stairs where I live. The staff has always treated me with fairness and understanding. They are quick to fix problems that come up. I like how each apartment is "secluded" in that I can't hear if the neighbors get noisy and they can't hear my music if I turn it up loud! I have no plans of moving.

I've been here for 4 yrs now and I'm very pleased with my home. It's quiet and safe here which is very important to me..if I do have a problem they are here to fix it. The staff has always been here for me..don't plan on leaving here as it's close to everything I need.

The atmosphere is wonderful, the office staff were incredible, and the unit is everything I needed. So far a great start to a new chapter.

Chateau Knoll just redid the gym, and it’s awesome! Love the new power rack, barbells and plates. Between the dumbbells, barbells, and cable machine I don’t need to pay for an outside gym membership. It has everything I need. The office staff is always super friendly and helpful whenever I need assistance as well. Love this place!

Great apartment complex. The office staff are always very helpful and nice. Maintenance is always quick and efficient if something is wrong. They have been making awesome improvements throughout the complex as well. The apartment layouts are the best which is why I moved here to begin with.

Moved my Dad here from out of state and had a great experience working with Krissie in the leasing office. If you are moving to the Quad. Cities I would highly recommend.

One of the more affordable and well managed apartment communities in Bettendorf. They also have the best outdoor amenities for the kids (basketball and tennis courts, two pools, nice courtyards and grounds.) Brian, Hannah, Krissie and John are great.

I’ve only been here since March 2022 & I absolutely love it here. Great agents, your close by everything.. very decent neighborhood. I can’t wait until I get to experience the swimming pool.

I have been living here for 2 years. I have had a wonderful experience here. The staff are very nice and helpful on lease questions and other questions too. The neighbors are very nice and helpful. I enjoy the pools, basketball courts and the fitness center are very nice. If your looking for an apartment complex that has pools and fitness center and basketball courts and other stuff too, this is the right place for you.

A very friendly and quiet complex. Very friendly people in the leasing office. There is a laundry facility in our apartment building, as well as in the community center. The 2 swimming pools and the Fitness center is a plus. I highly recommend this place. Lots of things within walking distance. Very clean property.

The grounds are great. Leasing agents are very courteous and friendly. Super quiet! Everything that you need is close by. I would highly recommend living here.

We are loving our apartment at Chateau Knoll. We have a 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom unit, (the St. Mortiz) and it is so spacious. We love how quiet it is. Also, the Maintenace team always responds promptly and provides great work.

This place is awesome for all people, families or young adults. Very quiet and nice facilities. Also the staff has been very helpful.

I moved here 2 months ago and have nothing but good things to say about Chateau Knoll so far. A few things needed looked at when I moved in and Deanna got them fixed same day for me. Beautiful area to walk around and a nice deck to sit on in the evenings!

We have a 2 bedroom apartment at Chateau Knoll an have lived here for almost 6 years. We wanted more room and with an excellent Office staff and maintenance We decided to call Jenny at the office to if see could help Us.jenny showed us a newly renovated 3 bedroon appartment ,it was absolutely beautifull New stainless steel appliances ,lighting and,up to date flooring, vanities and plenty of closets. And of course a wood burning fireplace. We appreciated all the new windows and doors and two decks. It was nicer than any of the Condos or apartments in our area.

I saw the apartment on a wednesday and moved in by saturday. Very nice staff and easy process!

I moved here from Florida, so I wasn’t able to tour the property beforehand. I contacted the property to apply, was approved within a few hours. Jenny was amazing with helping me through the process. She made moving in super easy. I was driving up and delayed by a day. So, she made accommodations for me to get the keys, and even left me a welcoming package. Property is quiet and clean. The apartment is comfortable. Neighbors are all friendly. Glad that I chose this property.

I love this place. Well maintained and always prompt service if there ever is a problem. Also, the pool complex and cleanliness of the pools is the best I have ever seen. Would strongly and highly recommend this place to anyone considering a top notch apartment complex.

My little family and I have lived here for a little over a year, and we absolutely love it! The biggest thing for me is that it's perfect for college students, which I am, because it's close to the school, there's a business center where you can use the computers for school and print things FOR FREE (If you're in college you know how great that is), and they have a gym/pool to relax or stay fit with! The price is quite reasonable considering the location, the maintenance workers are very prompt to respond to any issues, and the front office staff is kind and willing to work with a tight budget if need be. I highly recommend giving them a shot!

Relocating from AZ to IA was seamless because of the efforts of Melissa the leasing consultant. I am not computer savvy and she handled everything the old fashion way, the US mail. She and I communicated via telephone and mail. When I arrived in town, all was ready for me. I am elderly and some things were difficult for me to navigate. The maintenance department made adjustments for me. The areas are well lit. I feel reasonably safe here. The grounds are maintained and trash picked up regularly. I enjoy living here.

1. Repairs made in a timely manner. 2. Business staff approachable and reasonable. 3. I enjoy auto pay for rent. 4. Snow removal was timely and beyond expectations. The sidewalks and stairs were shoveled the WIDTH of the cement. They also used a liberal amount of ice melt type product on side walks and stairs. 5. What I do not like is a separate pet rent. I live alone with one cat and I pay $40 for her to live with me. I knew that however prior to signing my contract.

I am a current tenant of Chateau Knoll. As a tenant I'm responsible for the electrical and internet utilities and those items are in my name. The water bill and trash is in the apartment rent every month and those services are handled by the apartment complex. The gas heating and gas hot water services are in the name of the apartment complex. In December 2017, the management noted that on December 18th or 19th that all tenants had been enrolled in an energy saving program from the electric/gas company Mid-American and they would be coming around to make energy saving improvements to the apartments. They would be swapping out incandescent light bulbs for LED ones. They would not be touching the CFL bulbs. They would also be installing faucet aerators on all the faucets to save on water. I came home to find that the heat lamps in the bathroom were swapped out for LED lights. They aren't effective as heat lamps any more. The swap also affected how the LED lights illuminate the bathroom and now cast long shadows. When I used the bathroom I feel like I'm a dimly lit alley with very long shadows. They also swapped out bulbs that were on the same switch but asymmetrically. I had two bulbs on a switch. One was incandescent and in the apartment when I rented it. The other bulb was a CFL. They emitted light that was close in color. The apartment complex in this energy upgrade pull the incandescent bulb and replaced it with an LED bulb with a completely different color. I then had to go out and by another LED bulb so that my apartment didn't look like a Pablo Picasso painting with everyone having two tone faces from the lighting. How does the apartment complex get off enrolling me in an energy program that affects the electricity without the consent of the person who's name is on the electrical account? The biggest way to improve the energy efficiency of the apartments is to swap out the exterior windows and doors. The windows are so bad that you can hear people whispering outside of your apartment clearly as if the windows weren't there. The apartment is so drafty and cold that on a day with -6 deg F outside the gas heater has to run for 45 minutes of every hour to maintain a livable temperature of 68 def F inside. The doors and windows are so bad that there is a noticeable temperature swing between your head and your feet. My feet never get warm, even with wearing heavy insulated socks.

You are probably reading reviews online because you are looking for a nice cozy place to live. Don't move here. I live here. I hate it here. It is so low-class here, if something breaks, they will NOT do anything about it, and make it seem like its your fault. My fridge broke they did nothing about it, I had to buy my own mini fridge to use. The laundry room in the club house didnt work, they didnt even put a sign that says out of order or anything. I walked all the way to the club house to do laundry, and the dryer didnt even work. I am waiting for someone to fix it now my clothes are sitting in the washing machine wet. I have things to do, I shouldnt have to be waiting around to do laundry. I would use the machine in basement, but someone is using it. 8 tenants use 1 washing machine and dryer, that is crazy, you can never find the washing machine and dryer in the basement to use it, also down there are huge spiders , and they look poisonous, i try to avoid going down there as much as possible, its so scary down there. Nobody ever cleans down there either. Okay so the actual apartment is very old, like the windows are so old, that they rattle everyday when I walk. And Im very skinny. I really cant believe they fooled me into moving into this dump. Now lets talk about the furnace. Omg the furnace is so loud, it wakes me up form my sleep, it is so old. This place is so cheap, the dishwasher doesnt even wash my utensials properly. You have to wash them by hand. I can go on an on, this place is way over priced. Nothing is good about this place, except the size. When you open the closets, they all smell like old rotten wood. The balcony is filthy the wood is gross. I am telling you, do not move here. Do not do it. UNLESS you enjoy living with an assortment of bugs, spiders, and enjoy having your appliances not work, and them not doing anything about it. Also the blinds are cheap office blinds, I cant believe they use these cheap blinds in an actual apartment. CHEAP apartment, they nickle and dime you for everything and they are too cheap to replace things. Do not move here, you cant do your own laundry in peace.
