Chateau Gardens Apartments

i lived there from march til november, the true test for any living situation in PHX. Nice and simple, took care of rent and every bill with 1 payment. The office was always responsive and respectful. the neighbors I knew were respectful. The park and grocery store next door were a great plus. friday evenings got busy at the pickleball courts. i was able to keep the ac blasting cold without having to worry about the high electric bills in summer, and the water stayed cold in summer too. the Internet options while I was there were limited to Cox and CenturyLink, but I didn't use it much anyways.

The place is okay they have month to month lease and it’s furnished and they say utilitys are included but still charge you for it and they ask if you’d like a bed or not (I had chosen no) but I still get charged for the sofa but they don’t let you take the furniture out and decorate how you want. The apartment also had a really weird smell to it when I had lived there I swear no matter what I did it still smelt bad I just think it was the carpet. And I always seen bugs like roaches and some worm type of bug and black bugs I hated living there but I had to do what I had to do one time I also had family staying over for holidays but they told me if they wanted to stay they would have to pay a deposit,, hope this helped somebody out ??

I really want to tell you what a nice place this is. The maintenance crew are fantastic, I always see them working hard, trimming trees and shrubs, cleaning the pool, keeping the water sparkling...the lights at night all work and are bright. The front office is friendly and readily available for any help you many need.
