Avoid This Place

1. Manager Very Rude and Condescending doesn’t take complaints serious 2. Elevator is out all of the time (currently out as I’m writing this, it’s been out for 1 week) 3. Dryers take 3 cycles to dry a single load, after several complaints by me never fixed. 4. Building upkeep definitely not worth the high price charged for rent. 5. I have talked to 5 tenants in the building this week that share the same sentiments. 6. I’m moving soon :)

A great place to live

I agree with parts of the last reviews. The elevator used to be out all the time. It was a pain for many months I lived here, to have the elevator out because its alarm had been tripped for some reason. That aside, this building has been great to live in. The management is good and helpful, the maintenance team are miracle workers and expedient, and the building is unbelievably quiet -- thanks to quiet neighbors and very thick walls. The building is located on a quiet residential side street that sees relatively little traffic. I would recommend this building to friends.

I highly don't recommend you to not rent in this property. I should have read the reviews before moving in. The manager is rude and don't do her job.
