The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Charleston Pointe
I have lived here for too long and it has gone downhill fast. There are only 4 washers for the entire 50+ unit building, things are falling apart, management has changed hands 3 times in 3 years. There is no upkeep on the building ( stains on the hallway carpets, ceiling tiles molding, garage door cable plugged in with duct tape). The landlord is rude and unhelpful. She will not do anything when cops are called but will send an email if you have a wreath on your door telling you to take it down. Find anywhere else
This apartment is ok if you don't want a lot of room. It's a one bedroom has what I would call like a great room setting and a bathroom. I would be happier if it didn't have carpeting in a light color. It shows all stains and since it's above the underground garage it shows exhaust marks around the edges of the whole apartment. It gets afternoon sun, which I had to have or I wouldn't have even looked at it.
A wonderful property with buildings that have a lot of character and class! I really appreciated the underground parking and elevator! Staff is caring and quick to respond to resident needs. Spacious, open-concept layout. Drawbacks were community laundry rooms filled with hair (mostly cat hair) and occasionally leaky roofs. Nice, safe neighborhood and friendly residents!
