We moved in on February 28th , and from the time we came to apply and up until now I can see that I have received excellent customer service from the orientation to move in date. Maintenance has only came over once , and it was the Maintenance Manager and he was pleasant. The Team has so far been helpful and they are very up to date, the communicate with email and text and respond fairly quickly to your needs.

Excellent place to live very friendly and helpful office staff always willing to help with any issues and maintenance is always Excellent. Lived here for 10 years best staff ever. Excellent.

I really do not enjoy living here. We were under a time crunch and lived in another state, so we couldn't check out the place in person beforehand. The staff is pretty nice and helpful. They got us our apartment very quickly. The place is expensive for what you get. It's so much better priced than most of the other apartments because of the apartment size. It's still not worth the price though. The water is hardly ever hot (unless you use it in the middle of the night). It takes a few minutes for it to get hot in the kitchen as well. The water pressure is also a let down. It's so low, even after getting maintenance to come in to fix it. The walls and floors are paper thin. You can hear everything going on from upstairs or even outside. It's worse if your neighbors are very noisy all the time. This place is cheap at best. Although it's not the best place to live at, it's in a very convenient spot. You're close to stores, shopping centers, and restaurants. There's a park nearby. Overall, I do not recommend living here. It's pricey for what you get. I recommend checking the water when taking a tour of the apartments. Keep in mind that the walls and floors are thin, so you can hear your neighbors. The apartments are in a nice location. The staff is great.

The location of the apartment is very convenient, but they way they’re responding to the pandemic is ridiculous. The amount of people doing “inspections” in the apartment put me at worry for my health. The front office staff is very well and helpful, all except for one who is very unprofessional, not rude but unprofessional. The quality of the apartment is subpar for what you’re paying as well.

Finishing up our second year living here and love it! Close to everything such as grocery stores, restaurants! Management has been great with us, very helpful people with kind hearts! Maintence gets our work orders done when we need them done. Close to parks if you have children also a pond walking distance! I go for a run everyday near here it's so nice! Moved in August 1. Love the location, close to EVERYTHING, and respectful neighbors. Great area for walking and right on transit line. Since I didn’t bring washer/dryer, love the little laundry room at the pool. Sit by pool reading while doing laundry! Can’t wait until exercise room opens!! Lots of dog walking area, but would like to see EVERYONE pick up after their pups. Bags and bins are provided all around property. Have never had a problem finding parking, even on the weekends. Office has been quick to respond to questions or concerns and I love that!

The front office is very helpful and very understanding for Military families. They have many community events that are fun. The maintenance team are amazing and incredibly helpful. Our AC broke in the middle of the Summer and Ken made sure we had a window unit and worked on our AC unit everyday until he was able to fix it.

The office staffs are friendly and more than willing to listen to any issues that may come up, but that shouldn't be an issue to begin with. Clean amenities and area. Staffs been very helpful and friendly to work with. You will not be disappointed.

This review is for is for the maintenance employees and office staff. They are very personable and always a friendly face to see in the office or out on the property. Handle issues in a timely manor. Absolutely a breath of fresh air when it comes to employees hired by Southwood Realty.

Moved into these apartments a little over a year ago without even looking at them first since we were from out of state! The office staff and maintenance were okay, they just seemed like they never really knew what they were doing. There was mold growing in our outside storage from before we moved in and it took them months after placing multiple work orders for them to finally fix it. Soon after the whole office staff and maintenance was replaced and I can not express how much of a difference it made! Every one who works here now is so friendly and attentive to your needs. They will wave at you and say hi if your outside and just make you feel like you're at home. Maintenance is quick to fix any problems you have and I love all the monthly newsletters and events that the apartment has going on!

It's a nice and quiet place to live. No loud neighbors. Staff is helpful and friendly! Animal friendly.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I will start by saying the first 6 months I lived here were great! It was under different management and they were awesome! The leasing agents were super nice and maintenance were always super helpful! I could call about a problem and they would be at my door in less than 10 mins. The grounds were kept up and walking around the complex was always nice! I never saw a single bug. THEN, management changed and living here literally turned into hell. Two of the most unprofessional, rude, and just downright horrible people took over in the office. The maintenance people were awful, it took days for someone to come look at any problems. They came to patch a hole in the wall, said they would come back to sand and paint, and they never did. It was like that literally the day I moved out. They came into my house at 8am, WHILE I WAS ASLEEP, to do an “inspection”, the apartment was INFESTED with roaches all the time, probably because the doors didn’t line up and you could see sunlight through them, and when maintenance was asked about it, they said it was just the way they were. Even though pest control was included in rent. I told them over and over and they said they would “put me on the list for pest control” even though I paid every month for it! The lights on the stairs and in the parking lot were ALWAYS out. The grass was never mowed and the doggie station was always out of bags and the trash was always full of dog poop. Plus no one ever picked up after their dogs. I called corporate several times because they never answered the phone and when I walked in they asked if “I was the one who called corporate on them” Yes I did and maybe I wouldn’t have to if they did their job!! It seems like i’m rambling but i’m just trying to name everything that happened to me in just 6 months of living under that management. I waited for the day my lease was up and I couldn’t wait to leave! Not to mention the rent is way too high for what they offer. The apartment is not that nice, the appliances are old, the pool was closed pretty much all summer and the most of the equipment in the gym was broken. After hurricane florence, there were lots of damages to the outside of the apartment and they never once called to ask about it or do anything about it. You couldnt pay me enough to live in this place. It really sucks because this was the first apartment I ever lived in on my own, my husband and I were so excited to move in because it looks so great online!

I love the apartments until they switched management the new staff had no clue what they are doing.

The Apartment is awesome and the staff is amazing,I love it here I bin here 5 years know and I don’t have any complaints at all . Great area for families and very convenient to shopping,the schools are in walking distance.I would recommend this place to anyone.

This is a wonderful place to live . The community is well kept. The staff have great customer service. They welcome in their office to talk anytime. They know their tenants by name. They come out and talk with their tenants. They have special events for their tenants. The apartments are very reasonable and well kept. It will be a wonderful place to live stop by .
