The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I would like to take back my comment labeled "don't bother". It was written out frustration and not facts. Management has resolved any issues and has been helpful to us.

Close to 565 and downtown Madison. Quiet neighborhood. Updated apartment.
Avoid, pay a bit extra to olive somewhere a bit newer and safer. The quality of neighbors is very questionable. You’ll save money on utilities and communal fees like water and trash servicess, because monthly fees can easily be $100/month than stated rent. Cons: Poorly kept, vehicles on blocks/jacks, trucks with trailers taking up multiple spots, domestic disputes, regularly have multiple cop cars with lights flashing while attending incidents within apartment complex , constant pipes bursting leading to inflated water fees racked onto monthly rent, pools constantly closed for maintenance during summmer, children’s playground poorly maintained, resident’s unleashed dogs roaming and owners not picking up, trash/junk wcatrer around first floor patios, meth cooked in one apartment, poor customer service, reduced office hours, minimal notice for office closings, poor internet/tv provider options, waste management bins constantly overflowing leading to trash being piled up around bins multiple times a week, little to no notification of regularly planned apartment maintenance/inspections, poorly insulated doors/windows, poor insulation between apartments so you know what neighbors are smoking in their homes, constant maintenance on water faucets because of old age and “hard water”, large unpruned/inspected trees that have fallen and penetrated apartment roofs. Infestation problems, minimal preventative maintenance on the oof stairs that are slick, walkways flood with rain, roofs regularly leak because they need to be replaced. Pros: Great location for a commute
I have lived here for over a year now and I have nothing but good things about this property. From move in day to now they've made me feel so welcomed. Candy and Summer are so kind and professional, I can count on them to resolve any issues that I may have. The maintenance response time has also been impressive. I would definitely recommend this community.
These are by far the worst apartments I have ever lived in. I was scammed into thinking this would be a nice place to live but it has been a nightmare from the start. My roommate and I are paying for a newly renovated apartment but they somehow forgot to install the new appliances. This wouldn't be a big issue but it has been months now and they have yet to fix the issue. The staff is not helpful at all and a few of the people are quite rude. I would suggest living anywhere else. Please don't give these people your money.
I love my apartment complex is quiet and have a playground a car wash in the style for she's so friendly and kind I wouldn't take a better place to live with my family
I haven't lived here long. I moved in June 2015. The complex is quiet, peaceful and very well maintained. Management makes you feel welcome and like your at home. If there is something that needs to be fixed maintenance is on it that day. All in all I would recommend Charleston Oaks to anyone.
Moving into Charleston Oaks was a simple move. All the people in the office are so friendly.Maintenance is amazing.I put in a request and not even 20 minutes later it was completed. Has 2 swimming pools convenient from wherever your apartment is.It's a quiet community. In walking distance from Downtown Madison it's perfectly nestled off for a little bit of seclusion. And great access to the interstate. It's in perfect location to pretty much anything
