Lived here from 2021-2023 one of the best places ever. From the staff to the grounds keeping. Very satisfied with residing here. Did not renew lease because I got married and grew my family. We moved to a house. If it wasn’t for that I would still be residing here!

This complex is a nice place, office staff are nice people ( Vickie & Amanda ) but some seem to gossip and like to be in peoples business. There was one time some one in the office tried to grab my phone so that she could write a review about herself. Maintenance are great really helpful with everything and fast at it. I had surgery and if anytime Bruce seen me outside he would always stop and see if I was okay or needed anything. I have also had other tenants state that Bruce has also helped them when needed. It is a nice place, never had any issues. I will continue to stay if the rent doesn't go sky high.

Before I speak about our new home. I want to state how pleasant Sarah is. She was so patient with me and my family during the process of renting our new home. Sarah answered all of our questions and even if she didn’t have answer. Sarah would always get back with us within a reasonable amount of time to give us an answer. She is one of the most amiable, industrious, and patient leasing agents I have ever spoken to. As far as our new home, we love it here. The view of the pond is so relaxing to look at daily. Maintenance team was an issue when we first moved in here but they seem to have gotten better over time. My only complaint would be the residents feeding the ducks. The ducks poop, leave feathers, lay their eggs around the patio, and make loud noises during certain times of the day due to residents feeding them. Overall, it’s great living here. It’s so quiet, peaceful, and eveything in my home works.

Do Not Move Here. The have pest control problem here that they do not fix. The mailman was robbed in daylight. They are rude. The rent is too high and only have a pool that down more than up. The gates work here and there. The property is not clean like it should be. The buildings are old. I am glad I moved out when I did because I could not see renewing another lease here. they changed the name but everything is still the same so they can get fresh ratings. if you going to charge such high rent make it worth it because its overly priced for just a building and a pool.

I live in a building where a group of people had basically taken over an apartment in the building and became squatters. supposedly were relative of the actual leaseholder. after many issues with the police being called and many domestic incidents including someone shooting off a gun in the parking lot damaging another residents car they finally decided to evict them but they remained in the apartment until the police had to come to remove them. that took over 6 months. well the story does not end there. The same people that lived there have friends in another apartment in the same building where people come and go all hours of the day and night. Ill leave it up to you to decide what is going on here, but I will tell you they are not selling girl scout cookies. I'm fed up and will be moving out as soon as my lease is up. It is not safe for my children anymore nor should I have to put up with it. The office was notified of this activity but nothing has changed. I have contacted the police and security but they say nothing can be done because people are allowed to come and go as they please as long as they are not committing a crime. While that is absolutely true, no normal apartment has anywhere from 10 to 15 different people a day come and go through all hours of the day and night unless someone is up to no good.

been here going on TWO YEARS, my work order that i put in when i first moved with everything that needs to be fixed still hasnt been fixed. neighbors have no respect at all banging on the floor. i constantly have people looking through my windows! the leasing office NEVER answers the phone and if they do they are no help. they all give you different answers on the same question. this is the second leak that i had in my apartment, which i just found out that the water heater was suppose to be replace TWO YEARS AGO now i have to deal with a big leak till they decide to come and fix it

I am the type to never believe in or write reviews but living here has made me want to tell others about what goes on here. When I 1st moved in everything seemed to be great. Being close to everything is great and all but not for all these problems. The price was reasonable for the size space that you're getting but things started to take a turn. The water was cloudy and tasted weird, spiders were everywhere in the common area. I wake up for work at 3 am and every morning I have to go through spider webs to get to my car. Not only that but when we arrived one day one the laundry room door was too big for the frame and it took 5 months before they finally decided to replace it. The neighbors have no common curdisy and will blast music at all times of the day. They did nothing to fix the bathroom as well they just put a fresh coat of paint on it but after a year it has all peeled off and the tub is disgusting. When they painted the walls someone must have dropped a bucket of paint on the blinds and they just left them there with paint on it. The Ac goes out often it a quick fix for them but if it goes out on a Sunday good luck. Not to mention all the paint has begun to chip away all over the apartment. Finally I thought there was an animal in the attic because I could hear small footsteps along with scratching coming from the second floor roof. I went to the crawlspace in the closet to see if I could find something in there but I noticed 3 large holes in the roof. I reported it to the office and they did nothing and that was 5 months ago. Now that it is the raining season the holes are bringing in water which leaks into my bedroom. This place is low encommy living but with a nice coat of paint on top to make you think it's nice but it's not save your money.

K old, it needs up date in doors looks floors pool is too small up dated in the gym everything is again out dated
