Charles Point

From poor construction to appliances falling apart to maintenance hardly ever working to fix problems to horrible customer service at the front desk to the pool always being closed . There are so many reasons I could highlight but I will stop at those I listed thus far. By far the worst apartment complex I have ever had to deal with. Do yourself a big big favor and keep on looking. There is very good reason on every other site where they include reviews for this complex are 1 star. Keep checking other reviews off this site here.

Greatest apartment complex in Medford, Oregon. New construction, constant updates, workout room and pool, free internet and cable included with rent. Great family environment.

I used to like washing and drying my own dirty dishes. I used to like to have to carry four baskets of dirty clothes to my car, parked half a block away and take them to the laundromat where I could shell out a bagful of quarters and talk to the local weirdos. I used to like to wake up sneezing every morning because of the mold in the walls. And I certain miss the single mom yelling at her brat to behave himself, only to have him yell at her to make him a sandwich. I miss hearing the nightly, rather intense, amorous behavior of the couple above us. But above all that, I miss shelling out my hard-earned cash to live in San Diego, CA and barely keeping my head above water. Ah, good times. Unfortunately, all that is gone now that I moved into the Charles Point Apartments in South Medford, OR. In addition to having to park 10 feet from my apartment (huge inconvenience when unloading groceries), they've also added a full gym and large pool, which means I have to work out and be healthy again. The nerve! The staff at CPA...uh...don't get me started on how helpful and nice these people are! Can I get at least one slumlord up in here? And why is the air-conditioning so efficient, so cold? Why are they forcing free cable and internet on me? Its just too much. Also, having to watch a beautiful sunset every night from my private patio, well, that is just the camel that broke the straw's back. I might just beat these people at their own game and stay a very very long time. I'm gonna do it. You watch.

I enjoy living here (2 Bed, 2.5 Bathroom), it's in a nice location quiet. The grass is always green maintained, plus everyone makes sure to clean up after their pets. The berber carpet is great, the layout is functional, the appliances are newer, they are well made apartments. More storage space would be appreciated but what it has works. No complaints other than the pet deposit being steep.
