INew Mangement is making this a wonderful place to live !!!!!I love the New Mangement at Chapel Ridge Gayle is the absolute best and she cares not only about your living conditions but she cares about you as a person and she wants you to be happy here let’s just say she understands the assignment and what this property has needed for a long time now !!

Management are very respectful and kind. They help me when I explained my living situation an to say they got me moved on very quickly. The only thing that I have a problem with is that I have a handicap tag and there are times I have to park in different spots when others with no tags take the spots. But other than that I like it l

I have lived here for over5yrs are more and i have a one bedroom apt it is pretty nice to place to live i have personally seen great changes happen with the manager work hard to ensure that the community here stay safe neat and in order so other than that this is a good place to live and if you need some think fix they come out fast as they can i love it here

I've been here for about 5 years and things are a lot better with the new management. Whenever there's a maintenance issue, they are right on it. As a whole this is a really good place to live.

I've lived here since 2016. I've personally seen great changes happen with the Manager. The manager works hard to ensure that the community here stays safe, neat, and in order. The Office Representative is both kind and is thorough in making sure that if there is ever an issue, it will be taken care of immediately. If anything ever needs to be fixed in the apartment, the Maintenance crew fixes the problem fast and their work is of high quality. I've truly enjoy living here. Not to mention that it's in a great location. Walmart is down the street; as well as the access road to the high way. It's been a blessing thus far living here at Chaple Ridge!

When my family was looking for a place to rent, we encountered MANY duds that were within our price range, Chapel Ridge was the only place that was very nice and within our range. The management team here is very friendly and they take care of maintenance requests quickly. Our neighbors are very sweet and we have had no bad experiences in our nine months here so far. I would recommend Chapel Ridge to family renters looking for an affordable and safe place to live. They do cover water and (as far as I know,) are renovating each apartment as tenants move out - which means fresh new carpet for you and your family! We have loved our time at Chapel Ridge and plan to stay here for a while.

I’ve lived here in a 3 bedroom for almost 3yrs now under 3 different management. I couldn’t wait to move up until the 3rd management team took over. They’ve made a lot of positives changes!! As a single mother of two my biggest concern is safety and a suitable living environment. I’ve gone from living in hell to actually liking my little community. No bugs, no children running crazy damaging cars, and I don’t have to wait weeks to get anything done. My only complaints are people driving reckless, throwing trash out their cars, and not picking up after their dogs. Other than that, Chapel Ridge is a great place to call home!! Thanks to Valerie, all other staff, and management!!

DO NOT RENT HERE The new owners ‘American Heritage Apartments Cooperation’ are Horrible. Completed lease with apartment in same state I entered it. Not only was carpet never replaced as promised the ceiling was patched 5 times in 1 year in the same very large spot. constant water leaks. This place needs serious repair and new owners are just just covering up with new paint. If you live down stairs you will hear every foot step from above apartment. Kids there go around knocking on peoples door constantly and then running off. Several complaints made and management makes no effort to resolve. Horrible place to live!!
