The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Chapel Ridge of Stillwater
They’ve turned this property around in the last couple of months. Patricia is great she truly cares about us and maintenance are awesome!!!!
This is one of the worst apartment complexes In Stillwater. They don’t ever fix anything let alone they leave you all weekend with no hot water, no heat, no working stove. And that’s is just disrespectful and very unprofessional. So please don’t move here
They have building issues with the windows and within 3 months mold was growing in every room of my apartment! If you have asthma or any serious medical conditions this is not the place for you. They also have an issue with roaches. They sprayed several times but still the roaches where everywhere.
New management took over more than a year ago and it is SUCH a better place to live! A fence is now around the property and the new management responds promptly to any concerns. I absolutely love my apartment and the new management!
A year into my two years living here, a new management company took over and proceeded to screw up many resident's accounts. We were rarely given receipts for our rent and there has never been a pay online option with this place. Out of nowhere, almost every resident was issued a final notice with a bill of however much money was missing from their accounts. My roommates and I were given a notice that we owed nearly $1,200 in back payments even though we had never missed a payment. After finding proof that we had paid, we thought everything was fine. Last week, we were called back into the office and were told that our balance was back up to $1,200. They had failed to fix a few of the months we proved were fine. My roommates and I had to pay more money to prove that we were innocent. The office is never open and the office manager is disrespectful. I used to love living here but since the change in management, I can't wait to move out.
Great apartments and management goes above and beyond! Family and pet friendly! Give them a chance and you'll be amazed by the community and management!
Chapel ridge is a great place to live. The up keep on all the apartments and the grounds is done very well. There is a very nice swimming pool to relax at as well as a pond. Plenty of parking for everyone and their guests. The office staff is very helpful and understanding, if you are looking for a great place to live i would suggest here.
Absolutely a wonderful. Staff that truly goes above and beyond measure to ensure their residents have a safe and comfortable home. Great place for families or the single home. My family is very pleased with the office staff and maintenance crew. Keep up the great work.
TENANTS WITH CHILDREN SHOULD HAVE A SEPERATE AREA FROM THE OLDER TENANTS. IT'S LIKE OUR CEILING IS CAVING IN HALF THE TIME, 3 YEAR OLD WHO'S OUT OF CONTROL. NEEDS TO BE IN A DOWN STAIRS APT. OR MOVED OUT IN A HOUSE.
Three months after I moved out there was still no information on deposit. I decided to call them, and a very unfriendly woman picked up the phone. Then I was told there's no deposit money left but she refused to provide an itemized bill for that.
When visiting this apartment, it was hard to get a tour of a one or two bedroom. It seemed like no one was ever at their office. I did eventually get a tour but if I lived their and there were any problems I would be worried if the office would be open. Overall the apartments were decent. And the location is great with the OSU transit bus stop being right by the parking lot, making that convenient for students.
