rude people
I called about 2 years ago to inquire about an apartment and the person that answered the phone was very rude. I asked if there were any 2 bedroom apartments available and he said that all the apartments were income based, which first of all didn't answer my question and second of all, he was making it sound like I automatically didn't qualify for the apartments before he got all my information. He was just really snooty. So we drove out to the property to see if we could talk to someone in person and there was never anyone there. The office door was locked and it was during office hours. We left messages over the course of the next few weeks and no one would return them. We went out to the office a few more times and again there was no one there and the door was locked. I'm sure the apartments are nice and they seem reasonably priced, but I guess we'll never know what it's like to live there.

5 years and counting
We've lived here since 2012 and plan on renewing again. Maintenance is prompt, friendly and experienced. Our sidewalks are cleared of snow in a timely manner and the parking lot is plowed when needed. Management is friendly and they seem to care about the residents. The property is clean and we feel safe here.

Rip off
I was charged $165 for cleaning sinks, and toilets as well as another charge for a broken mini blind when I moved out. I have pics of all of those things as I was walking out the door my last day. All were cleaned and blind was up. I also have a receipt for the blind from Home Depot on my last night there. On top of that we had a group cable charge forced on us in the middle of our lease even though we had another carrier and did not use it. If I can't change my lease terms in the middle how can they? Winter is terrible. I got stuck trying to get into the place and we almost feel on ice more than once.

glorious
The community is quiet. Apartments have washers and dryers in them. A outdoor pool and indoor gym. Quick snow removal in the winter.and lots of space.

Great Place
I have lived here over 3 years and have no plans on moving unless the rent gets so high that I cannot afford it. I like the community aspect of this complex.
