Situated along the I-40 corridor between Little Rock and Memphis, Tennessee, Forrest City is a small town on the move. Established in 1870, Forrest City touts a storied past evident in the historic buildings that populate the downtown area, the many artifacts on display at the Saint Francis County Museum, and the town’s location on Davidson’s Approach—which is part of the Arkansas Heritage Trails System.
Forrest City residents enjoy a tranquil atmosphere, with plenty of lush surroundings and quiet neighborhoods. Outdoor recreation abounds at numerous local parks in addition to the nearby Village Creek State Park, Saint Francis National Forest, and White River National Wildlife Refuge. Forrest City is also within minutes of multiple rivers, where residents partake in fishing and kayaking.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Chapel Ridge
My packages always gets stolen and I have asked to get the CCTVs working and still nothing
Water pipes busted carpets filthy when I moved in put a camera in your apartment because they steal and come in without leaving notice woman who works in front office is rude nasty attitude if you complain about a problem apartment not worth the expensive price rent constantly goes up
I recently moved in during the covid pandemic. The staff took all precautions to keep us all safe. My apartment is beautiful and smelled amazing. Everyone is so nice!
First we had a problem with the water; the pipes busted and we went a month without water or a “scheduled water time” that nobody followed. Property management kept giving us the run around .And not to mention it was around the holidays so this was an inconvenience when family was visiting. Now we have been a full week without air while it’s 90 something degrees outside. This is the third time somebody came out to “fix” the air in the past few months. I was on vacation and this ruined my whole vacation! What was supposed to be a relaxing week at home from work was very miserable! Management keep giving us the run around and can’t seem to remember to do anything unless we calling about it . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE APARTMENTS, TOO MANY PROBLEMS AND THEY CANT SEEM TO GET THINGS FIXED IN A TIMELY MANNER!
These apartments are nice and cozy in a great area of the city. They are within walking distance of the hospital and local community college. Additionally, there is a nice pool on site with a lounge area. While it isn't in the heart of the city, there are many close restaurants nearby for a quick bite or enjoyment.
