Property Ratings at Chapel House Senior Apartments - Age 62+
In my years here the air conditioning has rarely worked when most needed. No matter the temperature the AC is not turned on till mid-May or later. Today is June 5, the outside temperature is 80 degrees and again, for the 3rd day-in-a-row, we have no air conditioning. Residents have occasionally be taken by ambulance to the ER because of the heat.
Moved my mother into day 11/17/2021. She is so happy moving to a new place. Sabrina and Julie are both exceptional women, hard working, professional and care about the residents here. But I must give a special shout out to SABRINA. My mother simply loves her! Thank you for helping my mother and thank you for your compassion towards other. You made a permanent good impression in my mother's life upon meeting you. Ms. Shirley Foster
