Located about 35 miles south of San Antonio, Pleasanton is known as the City of Live Oaks and Friendly Folks. Founded in 1858, Pleasanton is also known as the Birthplace of the Cowboy, since it had a growing population of cowboys around the 19th century.
Remnants of Pleasanton’s past are evident throughout the city, from the artifacts in Longhorn Museum to the historic buildings lining Main Street. Pleasanton hosts the annual Cowboy Homecoming Festival every October, in celebration of its cowboy-centric history.

Property Ratings at Chaparral Place Apartments
Chaparral Place Corporate Apartments is the most unprofessional apartments I've ever lived in. The manager was changed without notice, they refuse all phone calls, and have refused to refund our security deposit despite sending us a notice saying we would be receiving it. They have dodged our phone calls, ignores our emails, and been plainly unprofessional. While we were living there, outside my unit they left a washer and a bunch of trash around it. Maintenance requests were often ignored. My AC went out one time and they refused to send emergency maintenance out even though it was close to 90 degrees inside my apartment. When I moved in my apartment looked awful, I have photo evidence of that as well.
These apartments are nice and come with the option of being fully furnished, I'm glad we moved here
We love living here! It's quiet, everyone stays to themselves and is very friendly. We have a 1 bedroom, 1 bath apt and it is the perfect size. Bigger than our last apt that was a 2 bedroom. Never had any noise issues. The office manager is awesome and tries his best to help in anyway possible. Definitely recommend living here! Oh and for all parents and pet parents there is alot of area to play in the back so kids and pets could run around.
Outstanding apartments love living here its good for the kids and max was really nice explained very thing good really nice apartments the day of move in the apartment was super clean they made sure everything worked right before we moved it i love it
I’ve been a resident here for almost a year. Since new management has taken over it’s really gone down hill we’ve not had internet service for close to a month. No one is in the office when you get off work and they will not answer or return calls. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
