Property Ratings at Channing Apartments East
Me and my wife were notified 5 times to come to this location on time; upon arriving early due to the scheduling confirmation; the agent required to give us a tour continued to call us and said “he forgot.” … the service here is terrible, the leasing off disorganized. One of them was benjamin and was inconsiderate to me as well, in all respect, there are so many better apartments than this place. Do not come here and waste your time
There's been a new manager over the last few months! Breanna has gone above and beyond to make sure that the property is a clean safe quiet place to be. We love living here at Channing!
The apartments are being renovated right now and they look great! We have lived here many years and only seen good changes from this management company!
I just recently moved from here and they refused to give me back my refund I have been told multiple times giving me the run around that I'm going to receive it but has yet to receive my refund back.they don't do right but want you to pay on time for rent but they can't be on time for when they have to fix something or pay you back your refund.
It's a great location within walking distance of so many activities and entertainment. The remodeled apartments are amazing.
Westgate is in a great location. I work at Wholefoods and I can just walk to work. A new owner and management company just recently took over and already we can see some good changes being made. The maint is very respectful and respond quickly. We have been here since 2020. Just wish we could have a swimming pool. Thank you Suzanne Brown
