I've lived hear a year and a half. Beautiful location and apartments. However, the managment is horrible and currently has numerious open fair housing complaints. There was a great assistant manager that everyone loved. Since he left things went down hill. There is a petition going to remove the current managment.

The leasing management staff is confrontational, rude, childish and unprofessional. They’ll force you to pay for an apartment that is not ready for move-in or threaten to cancel your application and keep your deposit. Then treat you like you did something wrong for questioning it. The leasing agents are fine but must be new as their knowledge is limited. The maintenance staff however is excellent and very responsive and caring. The grounds are well kept and service requests are addressed quickly. The appliances, flooring and fixtures are dated and cheap but functional and acceptable. I like my apartment and the grounds and surrounding area. Now that I now longer have to deal with management the property and I are fine.

The apartment is fine and the grounds are well kept. The management leaves MUCH to be desired. Had they taken two minutes to reach out after all the problems I wouldn’t have said anything but here we are.

I have lived at Channel Point for over 5 years and I love it here! The community feels like a resort, with well maintained and beautiful landscaping. All of the amenities are exceptional and the apartment home is upscale and has lots of storage. Maintenance needs are immediately taken care of and the entire staff here is friendly, professional and caring. Great location and walking distance to many great places and restaurants.

Due to the sales of our loft, we began looking for a rental property. My husband refused to live in an apt complex. What made this complex different, and therefore changed his mind, was the feeling of living in a townhouse type of community, with beautifully kept landscaping, surrounded by huge trees, golf course, birds chirping, cute squirrels playing etc. Not to mention the location and quick access to the freeways, walking distance to Belmont Shore, it’s hard to believe, this quiet little area called Bixby Village is hidden within such a busy area. Our property manager Kathy has always been very sweet and helpful, making us feel very welcome and part of a community. The head of maintenance has impressed us by quickly addressing any and all maintenance questions and requests. Overall, just a great community and area to live. We are enjoying it to the max.

Since 2018 I have lived here, and the environment is great, & friendly. The community is Clean, and quiet. If any thing needs fixing, maintenance takes care of it immediately. No crime, safe parking, great amenities. Although COVID has limited some things, the community managers keep you updated on changes. There is a diverse culture, which I love. Close shopping center. This place offers you an urban feel with a quaint home like feeling.

I absolutely love Channel Point. The location is amazing. More specifically, this apartment complex is safe, secure, friendly, luxurious, and has a comfortable community. All the features are a bonus like the gym & pool. That is just a bonus, the main part is the friendly staff with quick replies, and the high end features inside the spacious modern apt.

It's a great place to live, awsome amenities, beautiful green nature. Everything is within walking distance. Very peaceful and quiet. Management is very helpful and keeps you updated of any changes. Maintenance is quick to take care of any issues outside or inside your apartment.

Don't live here if current management/maintenance continues to blame you for broken appliances. We plan to move out as soon as our lease is up if we are charged for a dishwasher that we did not break.

We love living here: it’s quiet, nice neighbors, friendly and helpful staff, maintenance is great and I can’t imagine living anywhere else. Lots of wonderful families, and people here! The apartments inside have everything you will need including a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven range (electric) and full sized washer and dryer. The central heating and air was the icing on the cake. We were so happy that we could move with our two furr babies. Parking isn’t a problem, you have an assigned spot, there is plenty of open spots around the complex, and you get a guest pass for visitors. The pool is great, and so is the gym. They have community events and keep everyone in the loop about things happening. If you are thinking “Wow, it’s pricey” yes, it is. But you 100% get what you pay for here, you definitely get much value for your money. What’s the price you are willing to pay for your sanity, comfort and happiness?

I love living here. It's quiet and clean. Routine landscaping and I never seen trash laying around. The staff takes care of any issue as soon as they can.
