I’ve lived here for 2 years and just renewed for a third. I’ve appreciated that rent didn’t skyrocket with each renewal offer so that I don’t have to keep moving. Overall it’s been a great experience. The complex is clean and the size of the apartment is worth the price. The pool is nice and the location is close to a ton of shopping. The only cons are the occasional roach which can happen anywhere and there have been a few car break-ins and thefts.

All unit are clean apartment is good and best schools are near by safe and great community and office staff are good /supportive

This place is not worth the high rent. There are way too many huge roaches the size of an adult thumb running around. The whole complex is infested with them. The walls are paper thin and the customer service is poor. After I finally left, I was promised my deposit and still haven't received it after more than 3 months. If you're seeing a lot of great reviews on this place, they're more than likely paid for or fake.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are sorry to hear of your frustrations and apologize for any confusion about the return of your deposit. We want our residents to feel supported and taken care of at our community. The deposit was initially sent the same month you moved out, then we got notification that the address the check was sent to was incorrect. At that time, we sent another check. A few weeks after, we were contacted advising of a third/newer address. After our discussion with you this week, we have processed another check and made sure the address the check is going to is correct. Please do not hesitate to contact our office if you have any other questions or concerns.
I was expecting more cleaning at my move in. The walls colors, painting, patio situation , nets on ceiling etc doesn?t make one happy.
Realistically I'm not going to ask friends or family to move in with me or into another apartment here, but I can say that I'm happy with it and would and do speak positively of it with them.
I HAVE recommended Chancery Village to several friends and coworkers. I will continue to do so because I am comfortable and feel safe here. The management ( Jason and Daniel) always go way above and beyond!!!
Only losing thing is that there is no elevator and nearby walking parks
Quiet community with lots of resources! (i.e. places to walk, places for kids, places for pets, business office, pool, etc.)
Maintenance is generally courteous to me, and I would still recommend Chancery Village overall to friends.
I would recommend this apartment community because I feel safe in the area & they have a good maintenance team.
All of the employees would get a 10 from me. They are always helpful.
Community wise I would definitely recommend. It's a buzzing place so you would never feel alone. But infrastructure wise, I think there are better places with the same rent in the same area.
So far the people in the office and maintenance have been very professional and accommodating
So far the kindness of the office staff, especially Katherine, has exceeded my expectations. Now with my maintenance experience, I have only have good things to say.
Close to work if you work in RTP area
Personnel here (office and maintenance) are amazing and the grounds are well kept. It comes down to value. At what we pay currently the value is just right, but if any more, you start to be able to look at renting a nicer apartment or small house for the same cost.
I have always, and will continue constantly recommending Chancery. All about the people and service. Also nice properties even in a hige end market, but the way it's run and how they treat us, stands above all. Thank you, give everyone raises:)

I am completely happy and content with my apartment and the community.
Friendly neighbors safe neighborhood very peaceful and quiet
Folks complain of noise even while walking within the apartment unit. It would have been good to know this issue before renting the unit.
Good community. Maintenance is awesome. Staff is friendly and tries to do community friendly things. Unfortunately the apartments are in need of some upgrades to support the cost.
The features are good. But the apartment was not kept clean and we didn't get a positive response from the leasing professional when asked about it.
Only reason i Would not recommend because apartment is not updated and no elevator for third floor apartments.

I would recommend this community due to the following: location, pool, dog park, apartment layout/design. I would not recomend this communitity due to the following: lack of response from office staff, office staff does not know who I am after many times of coming in to speak with them, office staff was quick to place blame on myself after a situation with a neighbor.
Several break ins have happened, and lease goes up every year. However I love my location of my apartment and I absolutely love my kitchen table/aisle.
I like this place and surroundings.and the staff is quite helpful and friendly.Rent is somewhat on the higher side.which the management should gtve consideration at the time of renewals.
Everyone who works at this beautiful community are wonderful human beings. Maintenance is on point with handling the workload and the office staff are all friendly and personable.

I love living here at Chancery Village! I have told several people how happy I am here and why! From the very nice apartment to the fantastic staff here to the very well kept grounds, I can honestly say I think this is the best community around for the money! I just relocated from a smaller apartment here at Chancery to my current apartment, and that is about as far as I plan to move for many years to come. Chancery Village is HOME!
I would recommend this apartment complex because it is quiet, peaceful, ascetically lovely, and convenient.
Maintenance requests are always handled quickly and the entire staff is competent and courteous.
The apartment was great, the tour was awesome and super comfortable. I had every intention of renting the exact apartment I saw but happened to find a place that is 4 miles from work rather than 14. And while I would have loved to have the fireplace, I just love sleeping in more and I'd rather have my extra 15 minutes every day.
Excellent leasing office. Professional staff, quick fix to problems unlike some other neighboring communities where it takes days to close the ticket.
I've had nothing but a great living experience in this apartment community.
Made one resident sign the lease. Recommended few others indirectly, they all are residents now. This is the only community i have stayed so far so not sure where it stands compared to other communities. Will surely put a good word if required, people are free to make their choices.

Why not- absence of storage room attached with apartment. Pool closed for more than 8 months of the year. Pros - monthly movie by community. Respectful staff. Coordinates in case we need assistance.. gift wrap area, clean community
Lisa excels her office ability & Chelsea (did) as well, Jason is good too, but Allyson has been a challenge, wanting me to do what she's there for like requesting maintenance,I don't want to go online it's an option. She's the only one who continues to ask me did you go online I'm 65 I'd rather pick up the phone.
It’s a nice apartment community. Wish there were more dog clean up stations.
The apartment is beautiful, and the floor plan is fabulous!
The rent is too high.. Also have noticed a change in the type of tenants that live here.
I would recommend it but I will advise them to check out the apartment prior to move on
I love my kitchen aisle... I love my garden tub and I love not being far from the pool.
