The location is wonderful. It is very close to everything you need: banking, grocery stores, restaurants, freeway access, and the Property Management Offices as well. There is no problems with neighbors as well. Maintenance is incredibly responsive and handles all issues without any concerns. Overall, an EXCELLENT place to live.

The maintenance guy is really nice, but the management is lousy. The walls are super thin, so you won't have any privacy.
Thin walls, little privacy, and new management isnt fair. The place has security cameras, but the turnaround rate is high, youll have new neighbors often.

This apartment is perfect and close to shopping and local metro parks. Updated appliances, freshly painted, well maintained and safe and quiet neighborhood. The maintenance staff is helpful and quick to respond. There is a nice size yard to enjoy in the summer. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone!
