It’s been a peaceful 3 years for the most part. Appliances have held up well. No issues with refrigerator or dishwasher etc. I do wish there was a playground or separate space for kids and picnics that can be accessed all week where dogs are not allowed to poop. I have seen a dog in the pool and pool area once, we should really have a better system for that. Not sure why we can’t sit or hangout in the pool area to do ping pong or sun bathe when they are cleaning the pool. Is there an option to cover it. Can we add a play space by the hammocks and fix fireplace outside and tv.

Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Everyone seems to be pretty good people. Parking typically is my only issue but thats usually only on thursday/fridays which I can understand. Besides that, really awesome community.

So far so good! I’ve just moved into my Century Park Place apartment and so far the leasing office staff have all been so kind and helpful. The apartment looks great and is clean. And any issues that arise, maintenance has been very prompt to fix the issue!

Overall the apartment complex is great. But as of lately the dog poop situation in the lawn space around my apartment has become out of control. It really brings down the overall cleanliness of the outside of my apartment building.

Really like living here. For the most part it is quiet, office staff is always nice. The apartments are nice and spacious my favorite part and the main reason why I moved here is how big the kitchen is. I love that!

Would be 5 stairs except the stairwells and landings aren’t maintained! Additionally, there’s an issue with bugs, etc. Overall, maintenance is very good….office needs to work on expediency in responses.

Not awful but not great. We had mold in the bathroom which of course isn't good and I'm not sure how no one saw it before we moved in. But it's taken care of now.

Car got stolen from the parking lot!!!! They rarely answer the phone when you have issues. Nice big apartments and amenities (when they're open..pool and gym were closed for over a month this summer). Decided to take out package system so I have multiple packages I still can't find. Glad to be moving.

We certainly apologize for your experience. Century Park Place experienced a clubhouse fire this summer, which resulted in limited phone access and the closure of our fitness center and pool for a short time. We have also upgraded our package lockers! We are always here to support you but urge residents to contact the local authorities for any situation involving a crime for the best assistance. If there is anything we can help with, please do not hesitate to give us a call or stop by the office.
The staff have been really kind when I’ve interacted with them. The amenities are out & haven’t heard any news of when they possibly will be open again.

I saw the results of 2 car that where broken into on the morning of 8/20 one was right across from where I park. I feel the community should always get alerts when these things happen I did not get an email regarding these.

I’ve been here for two weeks and it’s solid. I will say much quieter than my last place and convenient area. Just be sure to DOUBLE check everything about the apartment because as picky as I am, maintenance has been coming back and forth to my apartment. Maintenance is quick to respond and the leasing office employees are very nice. I like the easy process to move in and technology features here.

Love the pool when it’s open and not being overcrowded by unsupervised persons. It’s very quiet and peaceful most of the time. The reason why it’s only 3 stars. Maintainance ppl are nice and quick but there are things they can’t fix like gaps in the cabinets and constant mold. There’s no children’s park but a dog park and a giant empty building. They also have yet to fix the tv or fireplace outside and I’ve been here two years now.

Really loving my experience so far. The walls are thick and we never hear our neighbors. The pool has also been great. Lots of seating and usually not too crazy!
