Love living here! Management is making great changes. The fact that all the gates are working makes me feel safe. All the renovations are coming through very nice. I feel like living in A brand new community.

Living in this community has been a wonderful experience. The maintenance team is always quick to respond and very professional. The environment is peaceful, clean, and feels like home. On top of that, the customer service is exceptional—friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make residents feel valued and heard. I’m genuinely happy to be part of this community and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed, welcoming place to live.

Love the apartment, especially the kitchen and closets, and location. Only problem is the parking policy, which is one car per unit regardless of size. Usually maintenance is great.

Its pretty good living here, just dont like how i cant find parking. But they are always up to date and the gates are working so i feel more safe living here and also maintenance is always fast.

It’s has been a good experience to live here. Everyone is nice, clean and friendly. Rent is affordable and is convenient. Mall and theme parks are very close

Love living here! ?? From touring to moving in it has been a pleasure to be here. The office staff is so pleasant and helpful. When you walk in the office it feels so peaceful and relaxing. Very happy with all the new changes to make the community beautiful and a safe place to live. Thank you management.

Ever since new management has come in the whole experience has changed for the better. Property is well maintained by staff and the lead person in maintenance is always smiling and quick to respond to requests. Front staff is very kind and quick to fix any problems.

Very cozy and clean. The stag have been wonderful. My neighbors are awesome too. The move in process from application to finish was easy. My rent increased unexpectedly but other than that the price is worth it

Great complex, especially now with the addition of the new EV chargers. New management is making strides to improve the community. New code system for the units and smart thermostats are a nice touch

Nothing bad to say! Super recommend this apartments! I love this apartments been here for 3 years and just re-lease again. Now they look even cuter since they renovated everything

Es muy bonito y acogedor el complet. Todo muy organizado, limpio los espacios libres y tiene un gimnasio muy completo. La piscina es muy grande y bonita

Been here for almost 3 years already and I don’t have anything bad to say. The apartments are stunning and well taking care of. The front desk people are very nice and understanding. The maintenance keep on top of every request.

Building is amazing. Maintenance team is AMAZING! Only thing is.. remodeling has been going on since we’ve moved in, we haven’t been able to practically use any amenities without any type of compensation offered. Also, beware if you have an upstairs neighbor, you can hear their conversations/steps/babies crying EVERYTHING at any time. Totally a negative about our home unfortunately.. people do not respect quite hours. Front neighbor also tends to leave tremendous amounts of trash in the corner of the stairwell and makes the whole hallway smell(we haven’t picture proof..).

The apartment is great, we also love the condominium structure. We are very glad to live here. It is also very convenient to have the internet and cable already in place

There’s always someone available at the office to assist you and eagerly to know about your needs. The staffs are immensely friendly and helpful

The entire office staff, whether in person or by phone, is very responsive courteous, and makes you feel welcome. They do not rush you, they engage you as if you are the only person seeking assistance.

Nice and clean. Good company and they fixed our gates. Now I feel a lot safer! They are remodeling everything, and it looks like it will be very nice!

I’m living here for 1 year and renewing my rent (upgrading for a bigger unit). The location is very nice and the condo as well. The new administration are doing a good job, I’m very excited to see all changes through these next months.

I’ve loved my time here at Century Millenia. The neighborhood is nice, the apartments are beautiful and the updated with new management has been wonderful. Some recommendations I would hope to see, however, are painted stairwell hallways/base boards to freshen up the look, give residents access to a gate code for guests, etc

I have been at CM for 1 1/2 years. I have enjoyed my experience dealing with the old and new management. The employees in the office are kind and helpful, maintenance orders are usually attended to within 3 days and if it’s an emergency such as AC or plumbing it’s attended to the same day, this has been a saving grace in the hot summers! I enjoy living here and look forward to see the community continue to improve under our new management.

I have lived at Century Millenia for about six going on seven years now and I’ve had a good experience. Office staff always seems to be available for help and maintenance is always available and prompt. The gates are always broken to the entryways, but that is mainly due to reckless residence, not respecting the property. There seems to be a rise in crime going up around the area, but I still feel safe and love the pool and all of the amenities available for residents!

Move in was smooth. Few minor errors that need to be fixed. Work order submitted same day. The community is going through onsite renovations.

So far so good! Loving the place! Apartment was nice and clean for me on move in day. I was missing cable box though, which I’ll have within a day or so!

I have lived her for many years and enjoyed my stay, have always felt safe, but small things come up now and then, sometimes when AC goes out over the weekend, it’s not fixed until Monday and you don’t get a call back, that been my only issue and once one of my toilets backed up and it several days to get it fixed, even though it spilled out into other parts of the apartment into the hallway and my kitchen area… wasn’t happy about that! A plugger was left at my door, in which I had my own and made maintenance aware it required more than that! Perhaps snaking it out from the beginning would have solved the problem, which happened later!

Good so far, blessed! My home is very well maintained. Maintenance responds quickly. There is new management and my hope is that this will only continue. A lot of upgrades are in the works.

Just moved in today at Century and I’m already so excited to be here! The community has a phenomenal location and it’s got so many incredible amenities. The office team is incredible and they say some big upgrades are coming! Grateful for Evelyn, Lilly, Mark and the entire office and maintenance team!

Is getting better now. New administration for now is getting better. We waiting for the new main entrance gate to be fix. As a resident I feel comfortable and I like this community

Was upset due to upcoming renovation’s that will close the pool down for the summer! If you’re looking for a pool this isn’t the place to go!

It could be more cleaner, but overall nice. The staff is responsive and people are great. I have been here for 3 plus years and would stay here the rest o my life.

Not a bad place to live, I’ve had loud neighbors for 2 years and they haven’t really solved that issue which is annoying but new management has came in so hopefully the situation gets resolved.

I really love this condominium, the apartments are spacious and modern, the location is great, but both residents and administrators need to take better care of it, the access hall to the apartments are very dirty, and on garbage collection day the way the trash left exposed leaves a terrible appearance.

I love it the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and management is very nice as well and provides lot of great events for guest that make the experience enjoyable!

Hasta ahora a sido muy positiva , sin duda los recomiendo , comunidad tranquila y con buen mantenimiento , trataría de corregir el problema de la puerta de seguridad peatonal y del estacionamiento

When I moved in apartment was not painted. Carpet in second bedroom is damaged. Washing machine is rusted. Otherwise, living conditions are ok.

My apartment has been roach infested from the start and no matter how much they spray nothing has changed. I wish I never moved into this place because now anywhere I move to I’ll have to deal with roach eggs coming with me. This place has been such a big regret.

The community is wonderful, but unfortunately, the previous administration did not take good care of it. One day, when we tried to use either of the two grills available, we discovered that both were out of gas and dirty. Additionally, the floor in my apartment was not installed properly. Thankfully, a new administration has taken over and they have already made significant improvements. I am very pleased with the new changes!

The place is very nice, very clean and quiet Beautiful place like a home The pool is stunning and kept up with maintenance wise same with the gym and other amenities, the units are gorgeous and modern.

I’ve had a great experience here at Century Millenia, the community is safe & access to resources are easily attained. Anytime I’ve had any issue it was resolved ok a timely fashion.

Ive lived in Century millenia for six years and for the most part I have been satisfied. The amenities are pretty nice and the staff has always been very friendly and helpful when I need them to be. The parking situation is so out of hand however. There is hardly ever any parking when I come home from work at night. I parked in the handicap spot as it was the only place in the entire neighborhood when I came home from work in the early hours in the morning, one night and woke up as early as I could to move the car and it had already been towed. even having to pay $130 to get my car out of the tow yard from my very own apartment because there was no other parking was extremely unfair and I definitely didn’t have the extra money to spend. I felt like that was on the apartment complex because I have addressed that we need parking passes back multiple times just to be ignored about it. That experience was very disappointing and not handled correctly in my opinion.
