Our company has multiple apartments at the Meadows and the team that is over this complex is one of the best that I have worked with. The maintenance staff fixes anything within a day, Cassie & Denise are so friendly and helpful, the complex is well-maintained, and the apartments are so nice and love the patios & garages! Love this community and have nothing but wonderful comments about this entire staff and complex!

The Meadows offers a pleasant resort-style living environment near major stores but tucked into a quiet highway bend. The units provide great square footage for the price, and the garages offer plenty of storage space. The gym is well-suited for all but the most dedicated power lifters. Very happy with picking the Meadows.

I’m extremely pleased with The Meadows at Homeplace. Second time living here and hope to never leave again. Apartments are kept up as long as the residents put in a work order for problems. All staff encountered are very friendly and professional. They never make you feel like you don’t matter and are more than willing to help you any way they can.

Been there three days. No trash pickup, intermittent AC, ants in the apartment, and wrong key given. Not a good start. Couldn’t recommend this place to anyone at this time.

Good experience
My leasing experience at Meadows at Homeplace has been positive. All the staff have been great, but Cori and Tyree have been especially helpful. Cori's friendliness was a great way to start my lease, and Tyree's service shortly after moving in was very much needed.

Our experience communicating with the Meadows at Home Place staff was efficient and professional. Everything the office manager said she would do, she did. I did not have to track her down for answers to questions; she was extremely responsive to our desires and needs. The Meadows at HomePlace is an excellent apartment community. The apartments are very comfortable. Ive actually lived in a one, two and three bedroom apartment here. The pool area and the fitness room are also very nice.
