Three small, upper-middle-class neighborhoods, Middletown, Woodland Hills and Douglass Hills, and Anchorage, an upper-class community, make up the Outer East End of Louisville. Each community features a mixture of newer, more elaborate homes that mingle nicely with some of the historic architecture in the area. However, the homes in Anchorage remain the most elaborate in the area. Wide-open, undeveloped areas provide residents with beautiful scenic views, and nearby access to U.S. Route 60 and interstates 64 and 265 make the 18-mile commute into downtown Louisville simple.

Property Ratings at Century Belmont Station
The complex is beautiful and we like the people that work here. However, we have had 4 separate water leaks/issues in the year and a half we have lived here. Water coming through kitchen ceiling three times and once water pouring from ceiling in garage when it rained. There are obviously some design construction issues at play, we don’t blame the maintenance crew here. For the amount we pay in rent, we should not be having these many issues.

Great place to live! Completely different from other apartments I’ve lived in. A lot of space, very modern and clean. Maintenance staff is awesome! Put in an order and someone is there within the next day or two. Great gym, resort style pool and many tables, awesome environment. Love it here!

Apartment complex is well maintained. I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and it’s a safe place to call home. I also work from home and it mostly quietly with the exception of a barking dog.

So far so good. The place was clean when I moved in and I love the property. The office has been friendly. The reason for not having 5 stars is because the trash service has missed my trash for 3 days in a row. On top of the fact that they only take one bag. The last apartment I lived in wasn't as fancy at all, but they took 2 bags per night and always showed up. They should probably change companies.

I am very happy here. Very nice and clean. Beautiful grounds. Pool is very nice Residents and staff are very friendly. Only issue I have but the apartment complex cannot help is the traffic from 64 west. It would be nice if we all could call the Highway Department. ( enough people call)

Six months living here so far and I have nothing but good things to say. Apartments are beautiful and almost completely soundproof. They also have more square footage than most comparable apartments in the area. Management is awesome. They do a great job Making sure all of our needs are met. Maintenance team is amazing. They get everything done properly in a timely manner. The resort style is very nice to have in the summertime.

Easy move in and maintenance is pretty good. Facility is easy to use and I love my garage. Mowers are keeping up with the grass and have the complex very clean
Love this place! I feel like I’m living in a high end hotel. Maintenance were very quick after putting in a request. Love the environment and surroundings and the all the amenities. Best apartment living I’ve ever had
We love it here. There are great people and staff. If we have any problems, the maintenance is there within 24 hours to help fix it when needed.
My overall experience is great. Communication has gotten better from the office but still needs some work from maintenance. Entryways/staircases need to be blown out & pressure washed more frequently. Love the events, food trucks, etc.
I would recommend to everyone! the staff is great, community is always clean, and the neighbors are so friendly!! I’ve never had a problem while living here!
Great place to live. Moving in was a bit of a hassle but it is worth it! We waited a while to get our washer and dryer after the move in mixup, but everything was super clean and they offer so many amenities!

I feel very comfortable and safe here. The mangers are very helpful. Very clean property and I enjoy the pool for my grandkids. Very peaceful and quiet. I love the dog park and all the room to walk. The fitness room is very helpful.

It's been great. I've requested things throughout the apartment and been fixed in a decent time. Staff is great if you just want to walk down to the clubhouse and ask them something. I've recommended them to 3 friend's and all 3 are now here

I absolutely love my apartment but will unfortunately be leaving at the end of my lease due to the parking situation. There is barely any parking available next to some of the buildings and I often have to walk nearly a quarter mile to get from my car to my apartment. How is this acceptable??? It's especially frustrating when it's raining or I have groceries. PLEASE get parking passes and designated guest parking spaces so that paying residents don't have to walk an entire football field to get to their building

My neighbor is very nosey and complains about every single thing someone else does in the apartment complex and if I decide to move is because of her. Other than that, everything seems to be okay.

My 3 bedroom apartment is beautiful. I have a gorgeous view of the sunrise every morning and enjoy coffee on my patio. It is very quiet and I don’t hear neighbors. The apartment was move in ready and felt brand new. My family and I feel like home here.

Love it here! The apartments are very soundproof I almost never hear my neighbors. Maintenance crew is quick to fix any issues you have. Management is friendly and personable, and always planning cool stuff for the residents like wine and chili night, and giveaways. The apartment itself is very spacious and nicely put together. Patios are large and all the first floor units have gates to access the surrounding areas and parking lots. Perfect for families and those with pets too!

It’s amazing here! Everyone is so nice and the apartments are visually appealing! It’s a dog community too, which is great for my pup. Staff are super nice and willing to help you with anything! Quiet neighborhood and so many places nearby!

The majority of the amenities are really nice. The parking situation around some of the buildings are very limited and often times I have to park on the back end side of my building which is more than a 200 ft away from the unit I live in. Imagine carrying all your detergent, milk, and other groceries up 3 flights of stairs PLUS the extra walk because all the parking has been taken!

Let me start by saying that we stayed in this community in a Hello Landing unit for one month before renting from them. The community overall is very nice and seems well-kept and the staff is friendly in the office. The only complaint we had before moving was that many residents don’t pick up after their dogs. But there’s not much to be done about that. Otherwise, beautiful community. Sadly, the unit we rented was very dirty upon move in with a few maintenance items such as leaking faucet in bathroom, carpet needs to be attached in one corner and the ice maker doesn’t work. We had to clean once we got here because I wasn’t willing to wait longer to move in (we’d already waited an extra week while they were presumably doing these things). I’m still happy to be here and hoping maintenance will fix the things quickly that we’ve put work orders in on. Just a frustrating start to what should have been an easy move. Hopefully they will do better going forward.
